Thank you for finally doing Jarkko. He is a phenomenal singer, with no vocal training what so ever. His Christmas church concert were this is from is out of this world. I have seen him in concert over 10 times, both heavy and Christmas. He will have a stream concert May 15th. He also today released a new video Lennons Imagine. Check out his heavier stuff, from his band Teräsbetoni. Just a duet with Jarkko and Floor...

jarkko sing so beautiful. thanx to great reaction jen. yesterday nightwish drummer kai told radio that, last month new bassist play 10 nightwish songs and made zero errors mistakes with playing and thats awesome, 99% sure new bassist come from finland and if i understand correctly he say that bassist can say same stuff like marko,so i think he also sing. thanx and have great nightwish month 28 we know new name :)

What a great reaction. Jarkko Aholas own band Teräsbetoni did relese there first album in 2005 and same year Jarkko were also the singer in Dreamtale's third album Difference. But Teräsbetoni took of very good in Finland so he choose to carry on with that. They have relesed so far four albums.
Then he have been in Raskasta Joulua (it's a group of finnish metal singers that performs Christmas songs) and Northern Kings ( Jarkko Ahola, J.P. Leppäluoto, Tony Kakko and Marco Hietala) singing cover songs.
Then he had a rock band AHOLA in 2011-2014 they relesed two albums.
2015 he was in an television show called Tähdet tähdet (stars, stars) were every one in the show have to perform songs from multiplay genres and years and he become second in this.

I don’t think he should replace Marco, because he seems like more of a vocalist than a bassist and Marco was pretty equally both. I’m pretty sure Tuomas would be looking for a true bassist. So, I don’t want him falling victim to the stupid fan base wars that fans of this band like doing. He is successful where he is, let him stay there.

Love your reactions and subscribed as once I heard your Tom MacDonald reactions. Anyway I know you are a metal girl and I think you are from the Cleveland area like me. Not sure if this was before your time but the late 1990s and early 2000s we had a killer metal scene here. I’d love to hear you react to a fellow Cleveland Metal band. The best we have had IMO, Chimaira - Nothing Remains. Some of the best guys I’ve met and had the luxury of playing with a few times back in the day. They are one of the bands I miss the most and would love a reunion tour someday from them. Keep up the great work!

@@JustJenReacts The Flats was the place to be! Peabodys was my favorite place to play back when it was connected to Rascal House. Pit Cleveland was good too. And also all the ones you mentioned too of course, Odeon, Agora, ect...

Maybe I'm too much of a Marco's fan but.... I'm just a primary school music teacher but I think the dynamics here are a bit off, a bit exaggerated. Dunno, I have heard this song in different versions and this one... It's one of the versions I like less (sorry, I'm not english native). I keep thinking that Floor will overwhelm him even without wanting to do it

I don't think Jarkko will be Marco's replacement. I see him too much "prima donna" to resist in a band
Jarkko is The lead singer and has always been captain of his bands. I truly hope he will continue to make his original heavy for years to come.

It sounds really good. But im sorry this was soo boring... He should not, in my opinion, fill in or Marko in Nightwish. He is not even close to being able to reach what Marko brings. No disrespect to Jarkko cause ofcourse he is a great singer. Everyone can hear that, but he is not Nightwish material for me.
