basically this is unrisen beignet dough. When risen we bake waffles of it a very old recipe, or we fry simple beignets or apple slice beignets of it. We also use fresh yeast. So dip a round slice of apple in that come up dough and fry it then. serve with powder sugar.
what about dusting the savory ones with blackening seasoning instead of sugar.... maybe ?

🙄💭 hi ... I have been using cooling racks on burners for toast ir warming Pizza ... you could roll around anything I do use a small round one to elevate the one on top ... kinda nice not to have both sided toasted on occasion ... my Mom used to stir up flat corn fritters ... 🕯

NOOOOOOO Not powdered sugar! It all looked so good until the powdered sugar! Why can’t they just be traditional Corn fritters? My dad made corn fritters when I was a kid and Never put powdered sugar on them. They were Amazing! I’m sorry, it’s probably just the way I grew up. The way my Dad made them.

Just a suggestion. I think you need better lighting on your videos. Everything kind of looks grey.
