@@Dream_UK Acha Ritwik I had a doubt regarding visa filing. Suppose my parents are providing me the funds for my abroad studies and I'll be showing those funds into my account for 30 days. After holding for a month, I will then have to apply for my visa along with all the supportive documents. So will the visa department be looking for Income Tax Returns file? As I'm a fresh graduate, I don't have a ITR file. Do I need to show my parents ITR files or the process can go on with only the bank statements and consent letter from my parents? Please reply.

P.S My university says that you shouldn’t apply for your visa until 3 months before the start date of your course, do you think that could be a reason too?

With regards to your question, If you're applying from outside the UK, you can apply for visa 6 months before your course start date. 3 months rule is applicable if you apply for visa from inside the UK.

Maybe the problem was that you used many accounts statements . Your advice is right now to use only one bank statement . That is an easy task for the visa officer to grant visa .

hello brother! i understood your flaws in the visa application just by listening your case cos i have also faced refusal from canada in 2012 since then I ve been studying canada immigration and giving free counselling to students for canada immigration.
Though I do not know much about UK, the best advice I can give you is to involve authorised UK immigration advisor by UK govt. as for Canada we have ICCRC members or immigration lawyers. Because they have right to represent you to immigration and make your case simpler for visa officer.

It's unfortunate that you had to undergo this experience. I am certaint that consolidating all the funds to a single account should help resolve the issue. But the additional waiting time of 28 days will need to be met.

Yes, that's unfortunate and I learned about cover letter the hard way. It's even more frustrating to see my consultant saying nothing about it in the first place, because that could have saved me from wasting a lot of money, time, and energy. Since it's clear one can't completely rely on a study abroad consultant, I thought of sharing this information with everyone.

Do we need to upload the bank statements on the VIsa portal, or present them during our BIometric Visit to the VFS center?
You can either submit docs online or at the VFS centre.
For me also was the same case bro. They said that I had insufficient funds, but they did not factor in the amount of sponsorship I received. So, I applied for the Administrative Review. I got the successful result the next month, but I received visa after 10 months. January '22 was my course start, and I came to the UK in November '22.

Don't worry, two proofs are fine. I submitted 4, that too from different banks. I think that caused an issue.

Just to clear- There is no interview in VFS for VISA.
You can't file VISA early. CAS is mostly given 2months before.
4 bank account statement was really not a good idea. Unfortunate.

Thank you for helping student like us..!! :) Second thing, I have funds according to 105rs per pound rate and today pound rate is 104.63 rs.. Should I increase the amount for VISA or this will be accepted by Visa officers because it is already under 105rs per pound price?

Bro, in the case of the loan application. If loan covers tuition and living expenses both. Do I still need to show 28 days old back statement holding sufficient money in it? Or loan samction letter is all good?

If you're showing complete funds from loan, then you shouldn't need 28 days old funds in your bank. Because you're aren't showing money from your bank account.

Hello, my university has suggested me to wait for some more time to hear a decision on my AR application. So I'm doing that. I haven't heard back from UKVI yet.
This is what one should not do...... it is not advisable to put 3-4 bank statements in your application. Better to have all funds in 1 bank account only so that you don't face such issues.

As we all know for sept intake UK govt. release CAS letter in June end or July start, then how it is possible to apply for visa 6 months prior?
Exactly i got my cas in aug 09 for sept intake now it's really tough to go through all this procedure
AR is totally free no need to pay any amount. If you have already paid your visa application fees. You will get a positive result but, maybe you need to wait or if your luck is strong then you will get fast result. Best luck bro.

No it's not mandatory. But if you haven't filed you application already, I'd definitely suggest adding it.

You cannot complete visa application without paying IHS. So if you have completed your application, that means IHS is paid. So, no proof required :)
In my document check list he only ticked the passport or travel document .why he not ticked other documents in my checklist .
One small suggestion if its possible put all the funds in a single account. Giving multiple accounts is always a risk. But i am not sure if you'll have to wait another 28 days for that. Anyway.. I wish you all the best! Hope everything goes well.

The biggest Mistake was not to pay the whole tuition! U should have paid the tuition and accomodation and then show the funds. They should be around 10 lakh something. So before applying pay the Tuition in WHOLE no amount must stand and sort the Accomodation- your UK VISA can never get rejected!!

Mera France ka visa 2 bar refused hua air mai har gaya since 2016. Same reason, no problem at all with funds because my mom dad both work in Government and we showed 32 lakhs for 1 year.

Yes, you can do that. After my experience, I would suggest you to add cover letter if funds are shown from more than 1 source.
I went to vfs office today and did scanning and biometric documents But in scanning documents, vfs did not scan my educational document line wise. so my UK visa application will approve?

Why you did not put all the funds in one account. Make sure you in future all the funds are in one account because some times they miss some of the documents as it is spread at so many places and the result is your refusal. I am sorry to hear that so just be-careful.
