I don’t think so there will be any issue carrying mobile charger. But try to avoid taking it if possible. Because during my visits majorly they asked for laptop and perfume. Also, if you are going to Bangalore vfs. Outside we have multiple shops maybe you can request them to keep your charger for sometime if needed
