  • I found an old stress diary that I used to record occasions when I was stressed or anxious. The entries follow a system of recording the severity and importance of your feelings and the situation, and helps you map out your response.
    The entries provide perspective on the situations we get anxious about and hopefully lead us to respond more effectively when a similar situation occurs again.
