My ex girlfriend's sister put her car into the mechanics about 20 years ago. A couple of days later my ex spotted it 2 hours away whilst it was supposedly still getting fixed. Same model. Same licence plate. When my ex called her sister, her sister went straight down to the mechanic and they gave some BS reason why the car wasn't there.
