From a Niners Faithful in So Cal, the Chargers have just put the league on notice by hiring this man. Harbaugh is a great coach who will do wonders for this organization IF the owner gets out of the way. I was mad at York for getting rid of him, but our fortunes eventually turned for the better. I wish coach Harbaugh good luck with the Chargers because they deserve it and wish you all good fortunes in the wars to come.

I doubt they’d do it his first year if they aren’t forced by the league. I remember his first camp with Michigan they practically completely shut it off to the outside world. Called it the “submarine”. But yea I’d watch the shit out of that 😂

I'm a 49ers fan. What JH did there was incredible, he got them to the NFC Championship game in his first three seasons after they missed the playoffs for eight consecutive seasons beforehand, then on to the super bowl with Colin Kaepernick as QB. Can't believe they cheesed him off and he quit the NFL. I'll cheer him on for LAC as well (except vs SF 🙂). It's gonna be an amazing season!
As a life long SAN DIEGO CHARGERS fan who was hurt and angry that the Spanos family chose LA over us it has been a rough several years. But I’ve stuck with the players and always will. But I was wanting Jim to coach our team and be the first legitimate coaching talent we’ve had since the Shotty days. It's kind of funny watching this back to back with the equivalent Staley video. Staley's felt very based on good vibes, showing his kids, his family. Selling it as a feel-good story. Honestly with this hire, Dean has completely vindicated himself. He could have been stuck in his ways, but you have to give credit where credit is due. Chargers could’ve easily when the easy road but they were tired of being complacent and they are shooting for the stars. As fans, we have to appreciate the effort that is being made towards winning football.
They’ve got likely a decade of great coaching, and elite QB play secured, wonder if they’ll actually get a ring during that time
