I didn't publish it in any journal, but if you ask a psychiatrist like I did after the event, they will warn you against taking multiple SSRI /snri promoting factors together. The pharmacodynamics seem to make sense as well. I would encourage everyone to do more research and speak with a physician.

Even after napping for 20 minutes to an hour, i still feel extremely tired. Why do you think that is? Is this just a phase I have to go through before i start feeling the benefits? I think it’s great u check vitamin deficiency before you go and throw people on men because I’m seeing a pattern in my family from when I was a child and I’m almost 50 years old with vitamin deficiencies and on it’s because we were all allergic to gluten. We were celiac, didn’t know it, and it caused all these vitamin deficiencies, and, I don’t know I don’t I mean, is there a test can you scan a brain and see if a person is like truly ADHD or my questionnaires does Adderall deplete, nutrition, nutritional deficiencies, like magnesium?

      New York is the only state that’s like that. We just have our clients give us an address outside of New York then have that family and friend ship it to them. I do these tests for my clients when working with them. If you are interested the best thing to do is book your first consultation with me so I have chance to deep dive in your medical history to determine what would be the best testing to do and what action plan to put together for you. Great video. What works great for me, which hasn't hit the larger market yet is Nano Kava and Nano Lion's mane. Both extracted with nanotechnology and boast a tiny 20 nanometer particle size, so your body absorbs them instantly. Nano Kava for help sleeping and Nano Lion's Mane to keep me focused throughout the day. When looking into Nano Supplements, always ask what the particle size is. There are a few manufactures who use the word nano, but they fail to meet the particle size for it to be a true nano formula. We're one of just 2-3 manufacturers of nano kava and nano lion's mane. Well worth a try.

      What is particle size

    • @NanoLyfe
      @NanoLyfe 20 дней назад

      @@fidam7706 The size of a particle is its most important physical property that directly influences the material properties such as solubility, reactivity,, appearance, viscosity, etc.
      Picture this. The average width of a human measures around 100,000 nanometers. Our Nano Extracts measure around 20 nanometers. This is what allows our extracts to bypass the slow digestive system and allows the active ingredients to instantly enter into your blood stream and safely bypass the blood-brain barrier.

    • @NanoLyfe
      @NanoLyfe 17 дней назад

      @@fidam7706 Particle size is the physical size of the active ingredients being processed by your body. So the smaller the size, the more rapidly your body can process it. Picture this. The average thickness of a human hair measures 100,000 nanometers (nm), the particle size of our nano kava measure only 20 nm! It's so small that it bypasses the digestive system and enters the bloodstream near instantly, unlike traditional brew which is sent through the slow digestive system of the body. Also, it only takes 1ml of nano kava to achieve the same results as an entire shell of brewed kava, so making a kava drink tastes way better and the effects are delivered near instantly.

He is a grown adult and has the responsibility to take care of the relationship the same as you, but you are not responsible for him. When you say "you have him in vitamins etc" it sounds like you're doing the care work. If he wants to stay in the relationship he needs to put in the work, not you. Please take care of yourself instead and move on if he is not willing to do the neccessary work to keep you in his life. I say this with a lot of compassion
