    1. There will come ease after hardship, even if it lasts for years.
    2. Always think good of Allah swt., as he will reward you and wants the best for you!
    3. Be happy, as your reward for these pains and struggles will be Jannah. And you will never remember that you felt any pain.

    Also he said to take breaks if it keeps coming when u r studying etc.

    • @amat68890
      @amat68890 Год назад +5

      Pls dont give into repeating acts of worship even if you think it is good because you are gaining more reward, for your intention to repeat it is faulty (because shaytaan is making you doubt). Remember that the more you go against these thoughts inspired from the shaytaan, the stronger you will become. When shaytaan doesn't know how else to play with a human, he comes to them with waswas (ocd in the religion) and his aim is to mess with them until they leave Islam. He wants to make Isoam so difficult that you'll want to leave it. Know that Allah's most merciful and to move on after finishing any act of worship :)

    Thank you so much talking about such an important thing like psychology depression, not having a healthy mind, because it's there and it's not just happening in the western world! It's also a big problem inside Muslim being. I'm a social worker, alhamdllah muslima, and I work at schools with the generation of youth and people between 18-30 and I work with a lot of muslim clients with mental problems and I can see a huge problem inside our Ummah in Germany. We have no Islamic Center for working professional with issues like this or drug addiction or suffers from any kind of things. I try my best to help them with the way of returning or focusing on our religion, but I'm not a psychologist or a doctor, I'm just a professional social worker who is giving her best to help those people with huge borders in our system. We need to establish more professional islamic centers to help them better.

    I have been living with my in-laws for 10 years and I have always wished to get a place of my own. But nowadays it’s become an obsession and I want it so bad I keep on daydreaming about it and always thinking about it that I get headaches a lot. 4 days ago after prayers I thought mayb I’m going crazy or I’m having some mental issues and Alhamdulillah I find your video but I didn’t get the chance to watch it. I’m watching it now and I say thank you for this video and may Allah make it easy for all of us and direct us to the right path. Ameen

    Thanks for this topic I really need it. Dealing with this since I was a kid, took long time in the toilet and got scolded by parents. At the time I didnt know whats wrong with me and really sad. Up till now still cant overcome whispers totally this hurts. Until your chest feels so heavy.. you feel like cursing the satan at the same time you got nearer to the whisper. Its surreal! Anyhow I dont give up and I wonttt now just remember that wasted of water is so wrong and Allah is the all knowing, He knows exactly what we do as per our intention so ignore the whisper and go on. We will all be free from this insyaAllah, forgive us ya Allah and accept our ibadah. Aameeen

    Now i realise why ALLAH says this
    وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ قَوْلًا مِّمَّن دَعَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا وَقَالَ إِنَّنِى مِنَ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ

I also feel like you are targeting the youth and the older adults in such a profound and meaningful way subhanAllah..I have never listened to one episode from this channel and felt bored from the lack of interest in that topic. Every single video uploaded to this channel has been so educational and so informative, inspiring to to me I can’t put it in words. You guys are doing so well MashaAllah mashaAllah may Allah reward the entire team!

    Mine used to be so so severe when I started practising Islam, it used to take me around an hour to pray 1 prayer and wudu used to take me ages but Alhamdullilah I have conquered that. I still have wispers but with hard work and determination I believe anyone can conquere these whispers. Shaytaan is the biggest bully in this humanity and we need to learn to stand up for ourselves ✊🏾

      @@ilhanyusuf3564 I struggled a lot myself but you have to have a strong mentality and ignore the whispers you get, even if they are really severe. The more you listen to your thoughts, the harder it gets to ignore them. You have to convince yourself that your thoughts are delusional and discipline yourself So may Allah Azzawajal make things easy for you and protect you from these whispers Ameen

    This particular topic is very well thought. Yes, we experience that kind of doubt sometimes but mind you, Shaitan will always, always a clear enemy to us. Whatever we do he will give us doubt. So, when we have that doubt counter it with your thoughts that Allah is out lord.

    I had an OCD in wudu. Everytime i did went to the WC and did nr1, i washed my self down stairs. But after wuduu allways felt like pee came out again and my wudu broke. My solution was - everytime i pee and wash. I put water in my hand and sprinkel all over my boxers in the front. After wudu if i feelt like pee came, i said its just the water i sprinkeld and prayed anyways. After 10 days my OCD left never had a problem since.
