  • I left Daleville, VA. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner provided by Fresh Ground. I didn't have to carry my backpack. I weaved in and out of the Blue Ridge Parkway and saw the Taylor Mountain Overlook. Oh, and I hiked 28 miles! What a day...
