I have tp agree with the man about customer experience with regards to Bluarmor. They are a cut above any other brand ive associated with as a customer. My group members can vouch for this, when ever we had issues they never treated us badly ,they were always considerate and respectful. Even after 1+ years , i was able to call and receive the same level of attention like when we are placing an order.
Mr PK, thank you firstly for sharing your thoughts. Loved the whole segment where you talked about your competitors, Sena and Cardo. The way you speak shows the passion behind BluArmor and the products you guys are bringing out. One more thing i noticed is, a CEO checking RUclips comments, taking feedbacks, redressing issues, replying to end users. This is great to see!

just a snippet of what PK said,, in 2022 i got a S20x or around 10k(with bank discount etc etc) same year i went for RERM ( and i saw the intercom thingy which as priced at around 17k! ,, 2024 recent 2 months back i got a c30 ,there were some lags ,, but got it for around 11k something.. today as i am posting without thinking i just traded in my s20x .. and thats it! i was intending to buy the blusnap but dropped the idea... good idea..but i am sure PK And the entire crew will make it work!
moral of the story RE IS RIPOFF! :p

@@PK_CEOBluArmor and yes I never was aware about the cooling system. Its an essential solution for Indian weather and lot of hot countries around the world. Dont ditch the idea completely, it can be revisited in the future. Its very promising.

Can we have something like tws earbud case . A dock attachment for helmet with battery which can be sold separately . So that an intercom can have an additional battery backup for maybe 4-5hrs.
Sir a small design change comes to my mind for the AC, flattening the big box will help and channeling pipes which are not round but flat ones going into the helmet from various sides, just like a cooling channel on s23 ultra type of piping, very flat design, the system should be placed into a cradle at the back of the helmet just like the intercom device, or on the top of helmet in a very aero dyamic design to keep the drag coefficent in tack. I would love to buy such a design, as a consumer my biggest challeng is sweaty face on a hot summer day with number glasses. BEST OF LUCK!!!
Thank you for the input. I am afraid the days of working on cooling tech is behind us. My read is that it is impossible for us to deliver the kind of experience the user expects from cooling at the price they are willing to pay.

My suggestion to BluArmor. Design next iteration with wireless earpiece and waterproof remote intercom system. Which can be mounted on bike or wearable solution. Which is easier to switch helmets and riding gear.

in terms of c30 we have seen that products purchased from site is of excellent quality but from distributer end is very buggy. Secondly only buy from the first lot.
We don't differentiate product quality across the different channels. That said, I hear your input and we will see how to further improve our processes so we don't see any variation in quality from lot to lot.
I wish the company will think of visual connectivity as well, … factually audio makes up the 20 % and visual connectivity the rest for which most of us are dependent on unrealisable rather limited options from Chinese makers, …. TOTAL CONNECTIVITY IS THE NEED AND COMPLETELY A ONE STOP FOR BIKERS ….

Wanted to see how the product help record the group voice in one camera , how the voice quality ? Is it like pilot kind of voice or proper good quality voice being recorded .
At this time, we don’t allow the group’s voice to be recorded. The current feature support on action camera allows you to use the C50Pro’s mic to record your voice to go with your video. The voice quality will be similar to what you would get on the intercom as it uses the same wind-noise suppression engine.

lekin please c30 discontiune mat karne (cause i just bought it) and i wish that bluarmour provides continuos OTA upgrade for c30 as well.. cause it will be very unfair for people like me who just purchsed the c30 before couple of months!!

As of now they are not selling their helmet coolers. Such a shame.
With cooling, we were not able to hit the right price-to-performance sweet-spot for it to be scalable as a business. I am sure you can appreciate how hard it must have been for us to let go of something that we pursued with a lot of passion for several years :)

@@PK_CEOBluArmor Bluetooth connectivity, Good mic and speaker quality, and durability of the product will do the job. 2500-3500 will be a good price. I am aware of HS1, but having more and better option is all we need.

@@PK_CEOBluArmor Yes, a bluetooth headset. If you see there are not much Indian and trusted bluetooth headset's available under the mentioned price range. I use a chinese product and it's really functional and usable.

Im an S20x user PLEASE TAKE MY FEEDBACK @BLU ARMOR. PLEASE INTRODUCE A HIGH VOLUME MODE FOR WHEN RIDERS USE EAR PLUGS . I USE EAR PLUGS AND HAVE AT TIMES FELT I NEED TO CRANK UP THE VOLUME AT HIGHER SPEEDS AND IT STILL ISNT ENOUGH.
Input noted; I don't have a solution at this time, but will keep this in mind and see what we can do.
Quality is poor used the C30 button not working properly and when I contact to Bluarmor they didn't replace they repaired it.
Not really nice Bulu Bhai, as a group of 6 riders we purchased 6 devices. We have multiple issues.
1. When we opened the sealed packs, 4 of them were damaged. Had to replace them, thankfully they did that.
2. When we mounted it on our helmets and did our first ride with BluArmor comms, the mic had stopped working. We did this ride after a month of installation.
3. The quality of C30 is bad; feels like the plastic toys you get at Balijatra which are good for one evening.
4. Buttons on the C30 are difficult to press with gloves on.
I am sorry to hear that. While most users have been by-and-large happy with the C30, I acknowledge that we have had some gaps.

The issue #1 was resolved promptly by Santosh, but #2 cropped up last weekend. And we have a ride planned out end of September, a long one. We have reached out to support for issue #2 (this is of a friend's device, I'll cross check with him again).
It's just that it is a bit frustrating when things which we invest quite a bit of money on fall flat when we need them.

Any modifications on helmet is considered as illegal for safety reason cops has already started taking action on gopro 😢 so i think even bluetooth intercom and these great products which are needed in day to day life will also going to be illegal unfortunately 😢
Cops are catching for Gopro as everyone is recording them taking bribes and they are getting fined 😂
