The problem is not the rains. It is improper urban and town planning. Oh and building on mountaintops or elevated levels also come with their challenges if it’s not properly planned.

    SOLUTION:
    1. Create 1 large lake(reservoir) deep enough/ 6-9 miles apart.
    2. Dig/drag channels of water into the closest reservoir(s).
    3. Avoid large FLAT outdoors. Otherwise, create pumping /trottoirs.
    4. Highways not flat. Tiny angling from centers

📌The president flies private jets for €20,000.00/hr
📌The finance minister is his nephew and boasts of having a private equity firm worth over a billion dollars with impunity.
📌Tribalism is the other problem. They put in unqualified relatives in positions of power and money is stolen from the national coffers in private hands. Infrastructure is therefore negated. Sad but true 🤔

This is one of the joys of true friendship. Though I am Lord of Lord and King of Kings, I also desire to be your intimate Friend. When you are tense or pretentious in our relationship, I feel hurt. I know the worst about you, but I also see the best in you. I long for you to trust Me enough to be fully yourself with Me. When will silly men/women realize that this is THE CREATOR GOD'S earth and no one can stop HIS HANDS. Hear and understand what THE CREATOR GOD ask silly men/women: Jeremiah 5:22
“Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not (tremble at my presence), which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? Silly men/women Don't fear THE CREATOR GOD....so, HE allows flooding.

And: Psalm 69:15 Do not let the floods engulf me or the depths swallow me up; let not the Pit close its mouth over me. Do not let the floodwaters engulf me or the depths swallow me up or the pit close its mouth over me. Don’t let the floods overwhelm me, or the deep waters swallow me, or the pit of death devour me.
