The play on Lost Boys with “people are strange” by The Doors on top of the Venom reference, on top of the Doctor Who reference with Matt Smith…. I’m so excited for this movie!
Sooo.. which universe is this? Because they mention around 2:05 “we haven’t had anything this good since San Francisco” which would allude to Venom and then Morbius confirms at the end he knows about venom BUT you see Tom Holland spidey on the alley wall and the Vulture in this trailer too?! 🥴😵💫 the only thing I can think of since this film comes out after No Way Home is that the universes have already merged. Also the beginning where they say he’s been missing for two months that could do with the universes colliding and causing displacement for what he once knew🤷🏾♂️

Sony can't make anything good. Venom 2 is so bad. It's as bad as Daredevil (Affleck) or Green Lantern. It's a stepback for superhero genre. Marvel brought the genre forward and is expanding it with formula movie and shows not that I don't like. DC is doing kind of everything and also making what Marvel doesn't. Sony is dragging this genre back.
