  • A popular Malaysian dish that is spicy and sour.
    You can use other fish instead of sting ray.
    850g stingray , rubbed with 1 Tbsp tamarind pulp
    10 baby ladies finger
    2 stalks of lemongrass
    1 torch ginger flower
    1 cup of tomatoes
    Few sprigs of laksa leaves / Vietnamese mint
    2 Tbsp sugar
    75g Tamarind pulp + 3 cups of water
    Spice paste:
    -------
    12-15 dried chillies
    1 red onion
    4 clove of garlic
    1 Tbsp ginger
    1 tsp belacan / shrimp paste
    1/3 tsp turmeric powder

    Hallo Table Two.. Semua recipe kamu sempurna, bokeh kah tomato tukar kepada nenas lagi baguas, Bawang besar 3 biji kisar sekali baru sedap ya.. Chicken stock, gula, garam, serbuk kujid chap Babas boleh turun sedikit, kita kongsi kan resioe.. Kam Sia. !

    Asam keping 2 keping ya.. Apabila cabai kamu sudah pecah minyak. Di Adam pedas ini, masin, manis,masam dan harum ( 4 in 1 ) ya.. Kam Sia.

      Yes. For you to be sure the scientific name is Persicaria minor, online pictures will help you confirm. It goes by many names, depending on where you are from.

      No need to toast the belacan. Only add in into the blender together with other ingredients.
