This is the video that explained the Sabbath to me. I watched it for the first time during the last week of 2023. I've never read Deuteronomy 5! (since you never hear this scripture mentioned in SDA sermons and Bible study) Thank you Myles for your thorough presentation on the purpose behind the Sabbath. Absolutely love this illustration! Because of this understanding, I started to attend church on Sunday when the Holy Spirit nudged me to start attending church again.

No man read Deuteronomy 4 the whole thing. But here is vs 40 Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever.
(Summary )is has anyone anywhere seen deliverance and great signs from God as you have seen. For God to deliver you out of Egypt? Therefore obey all my commandments and statutes.
What dose that mean? Only because I delivered you keep my commandments? Or is it remember what I did for you and keep my commandments? Same as the sabbath command. Is it only because I delivered you or is is I did deliver you now keep my sabbath. Also this goes against what he says in the beginning that sabbath was because our work was cursed and our rest was cursed after the fall. So what’s it after the fall or because they were delivered out of Egypt?

Please don't base your spiritual future in this video or site! Have a look around and you'll find many videos on the Sabbath. Always use scripture as a filter.
This video is about earning money by attacking a church. It's full of errors and deceptions. Even if you just googled Sabbath bible verses, then read them all, you'd learn more. Nowhere does it say in scripture that the Sabbath changed. The catholic Church changed it. Just because most people follow it, doesn't mean it's right! Intact it's breaking the 4th commandment. Jesus saved us and removed the penalty from the law, but he definitely didn't remove the law!

Side point also, Doug says we "christians" are judged by the 10 commandments". As no one can keep the 10 commandments, including seventh day sabbath keeping, a
then we are all lost. His statement completely destroys that work of redemption and Christs finished work of atonement of no effect. We are ALL unsaved in his biblical hermeneutics because ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. The test is rest by faith in Christs redeeming work and seals us with the Holy Spirit.

If it's not bad enough Ellen White can't get the future correct, she can't get history correct either. Her claim is that the early Christians were keeping the 7th day Sabbath until the catholic church changed it. Ignatius of Antioch was one of the earliest writers of early Christianity. He records the very early Christians as no longer keeping the Sabbath. The following is a quote from The Epistle of Ignatius to the Magnesians (chapter 9 paragraph 1) ........ "If, therefore, those who were brought up in the ancient order of things have come to the possession of a new hope, no longer observing the Sabbath, but living in the observance of the Lord's Day, on which also our life has sprung up again by Him and by His death - whom some deny, by which mystery we have obtained faith, and therefore endure, that we may be found the disciples of Jesus Christ, our only Master - how shall we be able to live apart from Him, whose disciples the prophets themselves in the Spirit did wait for Him as their Teacher? And therefore, He whom they rightly waited for, having come, raised them from the dead. Matthew 27:52"

You're the one who has no sense of history. Acts 15:21 shows the early Christians keeping it. But ofc, you had to quote the uninspired writings of a Sunday keeper to make your point seem more authoritative. Nowhere in the Bible did Christ ever command anyone to celebrate His resurrection or assign sacred status to Sunday. Acts continues to refer to Sunday as "the first day of the week", thereby destroying your false argument.

If you read Acts 15:19 -“It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God." Because they were preaching something new and different to what they had known since ancient times. In other words, "when in Rome do as the Romans".....not as they are regularly doing, being sensitive to what the people they are going to preach the gospel to have known since Moses. You can't read Acts 15:21 without reading Acts 15:19. They were being given special instructions on bringing the gospel to people who had known nothing but Moses since ancient times. So that they weren't stepping on anybody's toes while bringing the gospel.

This sermon by Doug is devastating...rejecting living under grace. Holding people in bondage to the law. The problem is the questions the sda church ask, setting a false platform in peoples minds because they believe the matter is between saturday or sunday. They place the new creation (rest in Christ's work) as a completely separate matter. They dont even believe the atonement was completed on the cross. Once we all cease examining a day rather than the redemptive work of Christ we will continue arguing over a day. True sabbath is resting in His finished work.
Lets encourage one another to enter this rest

This may be a little simplistic but in Romans, Paul seems to say that one’s view of a Sabbath is entirely an issue of personal conscience like food or drinking.

It says nothing about the sabbath. Simply about esteeming each day as a Christian in example to God as a witness here upon the earth. Don't try to make it say what is not said. God's holiness fell on only one day of the week and that He sanctified it and made it holy, the 7th. In Luke 23:56 you will find the first thing the new Christian first generation converts in Jesus immediately ceased the burial process of his body to keep the sabbath "according to the Commandment". It was not done away with at Christ's death. In the book of Acts they were still measuring their activities during the week anticipating the sabbath."a sabbath's day journey". A weeks activities time from sabbath to sabbath, how far they would travel in a weeks time from sabbath to sabbath. Acts 1:12 KJV. He never compromised the sabbath, and institution He created in the creation week.
"All things were made by him and for Him."
      Romans 1:20
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
(FROM THE CREATION OF THE WORLD, that includes the 7th day sabbath.)
Colossians 1: (Jesus created the Sabbath during the creation week)
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

At the 1:13:15 mark..... Doug Batchelor makes the statement....."I was so into Christianity......." I would just stop listening to him after that. He's not into Christianity anymore? Doug Batchelor loves using hundreds of verses to argue adventist teachings like Michael the Archangel in the Bible is Christ, and eating meat is bad, and claiming to keep the commandments of the old testament (which, by the way, who decided he shouldn't keep Passover or Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur? because those are all holy days of the old testament and would lead to being cut off from your people for not keeping). If everyone should keep the 10 commandments the way Doug is saying, how about children with atheist parents? Should they honor their father and mother? You can't pick and choose which holy days not to keep, if you are claiming to keep the holy days of the old testament. His teaching leads to saying the 4th commandment is the greatest commandment. Christ said otherwise in Mark ch.12.

I was born and Raised SDA. 3rd generation.Dad wasn't a pastor but Mom wanted to be a "Bible worker" and attended WWC to that end. I was steeped in Adventism as much as any kid.
After roughly 10 years agnostic and 25 as a Southern Baptist I converted to Eastern Orthodoxy.
That was the biggest eye opener of my life.
The impossibility of any papal edict changing any Sabbath. Simply didn't and couldn't have happened due to the nature of early Christian polity.
Sorry Mrs White, but Constantine was never a Pope. You can't even read a history book and get things right.
Yes the Apostles COULD HAVE changed the sabbath or other Jewish laws. Carefully read Matthew 28. It clearly says so.
A person may argue about it, but there IS scriptural precident for that understanding. A different opinion therefore needs substantive evidence to the contrary.
The next thing that I learned is that the Greek word for Sunday is even today Kiriaki. Which translates directly to "the Lord's Day" it is not connected at all to the Sun as SDAs assert.
Spanish does the same. German "my 3rd language" is like English in it's connection to pagan sun veneration.
But even 2000 years after the fact, Greeks don't fall for Adventism BECAUSE they know what the Lord's Day is.

If it was a big deal enough for JOHN to include 3 sabbath encounters in his gospel account, wouldn't it be obvious that he would mention about the disciples/church trashing it and replacing it with a SUNday/Lord's Day observance???? We have such a high priest who has gone into the heavens on our behalf and is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven.
Romans Chapter 14 says that it is permitted to keep the Seventh Day Sabbath but not required. If you are still under the law unfortunately, your sins are only temporarily erased because Hebrews 10:4 says: "for it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats take away sins."

One thing a lot of Adventists seem to think is that non Adventists look at Sunday the same way they look at Saturday.
I’m sure some do see it that way but the majority in my experience only see it as the day to go to church, but otherwise still go shopping, eat out , mow the lawn, etc.
I believe we gave that freedom on Christ. But I also do believe we do need to set up a day of rest , a day to not feel like we have to do things like other days. That’s a good practice for health and spiritual recharge, but certainly Does not have to be Saturday nor is it a salvation issue.

Excellent! You may not be in agreement with Adventism principles but that’s a good thing.
But a lot of Adventism’s interpretation of scripted comes straight from her. Especially this focus on Old Testament law and novel doctrines like investigative judgment.
As Paul says, we’ll just have to agree to disagree on disputable matters like eating meat, special day observance, etc, understanding that we have no right to judge someone else’s servant.
”Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord. Whoever eats meat does so to the Lord, for they give thanks to God; and whoever abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living. You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or why do you treat them with contempt? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister.“

I am an ex-Adventist. I am very encouraged when I see platforms like this that uncover the deception of Adventism. I was born and raised Seventh Day but always had trouble understanding the whole Mark of the Beast thing and their end of time Revelation Seminars. Even though I had trouble understanding it all the one thing I did believe was that Saturday was a Day of Rest and Holiness. The only reason I stayed in was because I truly believed that we, Seventh Day Adventist, were the ONLY commandment keeping church. It wasn't until 5 or 6years ago that the Holy Spirit revealed to me that the actual Sabbath Rest is in Christ Jesus...NOT in a day of the week! I was already beginning to doubt some the Adventist Church's doctrines and would ALWAYS leave church early whenever Ellen G. White's name or her writing's were being preached from the pulpit. People began to notice my absence when on some Saturdays I didn't show up. It was somewhat of a difficult exodus for me, as I worked at their private school and also lived on the private campus renting an apartment from the Adventist organization, (Northern California General Conference). In the end, I quit my teaching job at the Adventist School, left the church, and felt extremely unwanted in my apartment complex, due to the judgmental looks and prying questions of my where-about's on Sabbath. I chose to move out and am happy not to be associated with this false church. It can be extremely difficult redirecting an Adventist and pointing out these false doctrines because they are SO STUCK on the COMMANDMENT thing!!! I know! I used to be one! We were also BRAINWASHED into believing that Ellen G. White was simply a Christian messenger and that she NEVER contradicted the bible! If there are any Adventists out there... DO YOUR RESEARCH! Romains 10. 4-11 (ESV2011)
4 For CHRIST IS THE END OF THE LAW for righteousness to everyone who believes.
5 For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them.
6 But the righteousness based on faith says, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring CHRIST down)
7 “or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring CHRIST up from the dead).
      8 But what does it say? “THE WORD is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, THE WORD OF FAITH that we proclaim);
9 because, if you confess with your mouth that JESUS is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised HIMfrom the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
11 For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in HIM will not be put to shame.”

17 so THAT CHRIST MAY DWELL IN YOUR HEARTS through faith-that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
If you want to observe sabbath in flesh then the men of your life should be circumcised in flesh not in Spirit (the answer remains Jesus !).

Myles, you of course know I disagree with you on first-day Sabbatarianism, but I still greatly appreciated this video because it demonstrates that you can at least make a biblical case for it, even if there's no verse that specifically teaches it. I truly believe that it is not an essential issue, which was one of my beefs with Adventism in the first place: by declaring that Sunday worship is (or will be) the Mark of the Beast, they make the seventh-day Sabbath a matter of salvation when it's really IMO just a matter of obedience. (I'm actually in the same boat as Dr. Allen Davis on this one, and it makes me feel good to see another ex-Adventist who keeps the seventh-day Sabbath after leaving and understands it's not about avoiding the Mark of the Beast.)
While we're on the subject, I find it interesting that Doug Batchelor and other SDAs will acknowledge the Bible passages that mention the New Testament church worshipping on Sunday yet are quick to answer (correctly, IMO) that this doesn't move the Sabbath to Sunday. What's stunning is the logical inconsistency in this, because if worshipping on Sunday isn't the same as keeping a first-day Sabbath, then there's no way that Sunday worship can ever be the Mark of the Beast. If Adventism was logically consistent, they would either say that Sunday worship isn't Sunday Sabbatarianism and stop teaching that it's the Mark of the Beast, or they'd say that Sunday worship is the Mark of the Beast and stop claiming that the NT church didn't engage in Sunday Sabbatarianism. You can't have it both ways. (And the latter option, of course, would expose them as the cult they are, because they would then be declaring the NT church to be apostate and engaging in behavior that will become the Mark of the Beast.) Moreover, it's rich for Doug to quote Jesus' statement declaring Himself to be Lord of the Sabbath because it completely refutes their entire Sabbath-centric eschatology. If Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath, that means He's greater than it, and by making the Sabbath the final test of loyalty to God they are elevating it above Jesus. (And before Adventist apologists rush to tell me that Sunday worship isn't currently the Mark of the Beast, Ellen White said in The Great Controversy that it IS the Mark of the Beast, not that it will be.) And in any case, it's not a sin to worship God on ANY day of the week, even if you aren't a Sabbatarian at all--in fact, quite the opposite. Again, Myles, thank you for explaining your position based on the Bible and God bless!

After clearly showing in great details and sharply articulating the statements of the early church fathers that Christ has restored/recreated the fallen old creation to God's original design and intention it follows therefore that Sabbath is now to be observed on the first day of the week according to God's creation week from the beginning. There is really no reason for SDAs to strictly, religiously and ignorantly persist in keeping the Saturday Sabbath when it's been proven from the early apostolic age that Sabbath is on the Lord's Day, Sunday.

It seems that both you and the doctor are slightly confused about how passage of time would be denoted in Greek. “The first [day] of the Sabbath” would mean one day after the Sabbath, or the First Day. It seems the ancients did not have names for all the days of the week (or, at least, not all of them did). “Friday” is to this day referred to as “Paraskeve” or the Day of Preparation in Greek, a name derived from the NT.

Hi again, A+A...just curious....and I`ve thought about it...where in any of the Gospels does it say that Jesus" prepared His disciples on the 6th day" or in the entire Bible? I believe that God( Christ) wrote Remember the Sabbath day in Exodus 20:8 for 2 reasons...because the children of Israel, who became slaves, after the new Pharoah " knew not Joseph" and didn`t know his God, and after 400 years in slavery, they needed to be shown by God, through Moses....secondly, God(Christ) knew that many churches in the last days would reject His laws (10 Commandments) and need to be woken up, which Seventh-day Adventists teach the 3 Angels` Messages in Revelation 14:6-12....here they are..................6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus......IF YOU READ VERSE 7, you`ll read a re-written version of that verse in Revelation 14..11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it....the Apostle John is reminding the church of Jesus, again...that the Sabbath was made for mankind, as a Memorial of His Creatorship....He created mankind and the Sabbath helps us to remember that fact, every week....also....the Sabbath clearly will be an issue in the last days.....please...watch this...Hope Sabbath School program which is broadcast to more than 200 countries with amazing results...ruclips.net/video/iZYzI03ZJFg/видео.htmlsi=aXyygsc8uKpPZ-ND&t=628........Do you believe that the Sabbath was one of the Shadows of things to come, mentioned in Col 2 :14 and Ephesians 3:15? I have read many of Ellen White's writings. What do you think of her receiving a message from her dead husband in a dream? Or about her dream/ visions about such things as the green cord, Jesus in a golden chariot telling her that some woman was her enemy and that something would appear to her who she called her spirit guide? There are numerous writings of Ellen White's that actually testify to the fact that she was not a prophet and neither did she behave as a woman who knew Jesus Christ nor did she seem to apply many biblical principles to her own life.
The King James Version was the most accurate version in earlier centuries. Now there are bible translations that are directly from the original manuscripts made with the help of people educated in Hebrew culture and linguistics.
Some in the SDA church don't want to receive the 'new light' they claim to seek and they would rather hold fast to their traditions.
If the apostles from the bible had met someone like Ellen White I imagine they would treat her as they did the slave girl in Acts 16:16-20. Remember- this slave girl had followed Paul and Silas, and had cried out that they were servants of the most high God and that they were proclaiming the way to salvation. How do you think Paul and Silas had discernment about her? But as you can read the slave girl's owners did not appreciate that the spirit was cast out of her as they made money from what they claimed was her fortelling the future. And then they attacked Paul and Silas who were both beaten and thrown into prison.

And to answer your first assertion of Scriptural teaching that a “change” actually is NOT possible from the apostles or church leadership, even if they wanted to, Paul covers that in Hebrews 8,9 and Galatians 3. In Hebrews 8, the writer explains that the New Covenant is the law (nomos) of God written on the heart. Same law, written in a different place. In Ch. 9, Once Christ shed His blood on the cross, the New Covenant was ratified. Now look at Galatians 3:12-18.
Gal 3:15 “Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.” KJV

Is it possible Deuteronomy 5:15 is speaking more of an incentive to obey the sabbath rather than a reason? Maybe it's similar to Lev. 19:33-34. I imagine the concept of treating the foreigner justly would have predated the Israelites redemption from Egypt. The same with Deuteronomy 24:17-18 regarding not perverting the justice due to a sojourner. It seems to me these would be incentives and not necessarily reasons.

The law did not exist before then. The New Covenant would have been the setting aside of the Old Covenant-all of it! @@mydownloadsnkambule309 God had a plan from a beginning. He decided that He would save people who trusted in His goodness and grace. He gave a law that none could obey. He died for the sins committed under that law, showing His grace and goodness, SO THAT man would be drawn to Him. THAT is what God has said in His Book. You just willfully refuse to believe that God is gracious and good. You're trying to place God in your tiny little box, trying to tell God who He is and isn't, and what He can and can do. Instead of acknowledging your total inability to live as Jesus lived, and walk as He walked, you live under the illusion that you can be like God, knowing good and evil. To you, Jesus' death and resurrection is a minor issue, and the coming of the Spirit, just a way that God helps you keep the law. Israel was commanded to cease from working, not to simply remain idle twiddling their thumbs in their tents doing absolutely nothing.
It entailed worship in so much as the first 4 commandments are all about that. One is to worship the only true God, no idols (1st commandment), they are to worship Him properly (2nd commandment), to not do so in vain (3rd commandment), and are to give Him a due portion of time (4th commandment).
It wasn’t only about rest, though that is a major part with the substance being Christ and Him leading us into the true Promised Land, the final rest and ultimate rest of eternity with God by believing the Gospel.

In that same line of reasoning, Sabbath would be a “shadow” pointing to the greater rest of eternity as you said.
Just one problem with that. According to Paul in Hebrews Ch. 8, The New Covenant is made with the house of Israel based on the same law given in a different place (Hebrews 8:10). Unless you are going to argue that the Sabbath wasn’t part of that law, which truly would be erroneous, then it cannot change. (Gal 3:15).
I’ve already posted this, but here it is again: Paul makes it perfectly clear that nothing can be added or taken away from any covenant, even a man’s (last will and testament) once it is confirmed in Galatians 3:15. And the New Covenant (Heb 8:6-10, Jer 31:33) was confirmed on the Cross. (Heb 9:16-18). Same Law, written in a different place….the heart. Nothing….. NOTHING can be “changed”, added, or taken away from the Lord’s Covenant AFTER the Cross.
Teaching the “change” to Sunday is Catholic theology, not Protestant!!!!
God DOES NOT CHANGE!!! (Mal 3:6)
Heb 13:8-9 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines…….”
This entire video and ministry can be shown to be an enormous error through a proper hermeneutic exegesis of just one simple passage from Scripture.
Hermeneutics: theory of interpretation taking into account verbal, nonverbal communication, historical context, and textual references.
Exegesis: Letting the text interpret itself.
If anyone believes that the Sabbath Commandment was not included in "all" God's laws and statutes from Gen 26:5 that CANNOT be changed (Gal 3:15) after the Cross (Heb 9:15-17) or the reference in Mat 5:17-20 where Jesus stated that heaven and earth will have to pass away in order for His Commandments to change, then there is one question that every Christian needs to answer for themselves. The one question everyone that believes the Sabbath “changed” to Sunday, was only a Hebrew Covenant commandment, or that Jesus never taught the Sabbath simply refuses to answer:
What doctrine is Jesus teaching with His verbal, non-verbal communication, and Scriptural references (Jeremiah 7, Isaiah 56) in the Gospel of Mark 11:15-18, fulfilling the prophecy from Isaiah 28:9-13?
No Former SDA has ever honestly answered that question.

This is all on a theory that God’s week is different than man’s week. That saying that when God said in the beginning is not the beginning,. so God’s beginning isn’t good enough for you, you have to have your own beginning. Romans.7 2
So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous and good.
    13
Did that which is good, then, become death to me? By no means! But in order that sin might be recognized as sin, it produced death in me through what was good, so that through thecommandment sin might become utterly sinful. …. So here the commandments are holy and good, but what you’re saying is that the fourth commandment is a curse to man. That is heresy. I don’t know that the commandments are eternal. But I do know the commandments have been since the beginning.
My issue is some Christian say eaves disobedience was the sin. But the truth is she didn’t believe she would die so she was calling God a liar, which made her a liar. She wanted to be like God, so that is an idolatry she coveted the knowledge of good and evil, she stole the fruit . Thou shout not kill, but she did that to herself and her husband. So multiple commandments were broken. How could Kane be condemned if there was no law. How could the world be wicked in the time of Noah with no law?

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
(this is living proof that this saying continues.) I have never heard of someone denying Scripture so many times to interject their imaginative ideas as doctrine of the Bible. How confounded and distorted comes this to us as Christians, especially when you state that the First Day became the new sabbath at the death of Jesus ! Wow ! Where is that Scriptural proof ??? Where does it say by Jesus resurrection God's Law can be changed ? But, instead the death of Jesus proves the immutability of God's Law. If God's Law could have been compromised or changed Jesus Christ would have never had to die...simply put. If God could have put aside its requirements no sacrifice would have been required. If it wasn't exact, or changeable, or even negotiable, no need. You have totally reasoned within yourself of "no need for a Savior." You deny so many obvious proofs that all Christians and even in the new heaven and new earth we will be keeping the sabbath. Is.66. Jesus plainly stated "not one jot nor one tittle shall be removed from the Law"...Matt. 5:18.
(KJV)Hebrews 4th Chapter does not read the same in all other perversions of the Bible either. It is a new testament book also.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. (AGAIN)
6 Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limits a certain day, saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (HE LIMITS A CERTAIN DAY)
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.(DID JESUS SPEAK OF ANOTHER DAY ?)
9 There remains therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from his.(AS GOD DID FROM HIS)
(This totally refutes your idea of Sunday the first day became the new Christian sabbath " as God did from his".)

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
    Revelation12:17
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

    Hebrews 10:28
"Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses."
This ONE VERSE debunks your whole video here and your similar content elsewhere.
Do you not understand in the 1st Century, the Judaism under which Jesus and His Apostles and their converts lived, if they publicly rejected the Sabbath and started breaking the Sabbath, that they would have been "snatched up" like Stephen was and would have been brought before the Sanhedrin, and been stoned????
When the Apostles after the Day of Pentecost were brought before Gamaliel (Acts 5:34) who was an expert of the law, the head of the Jerusalem Sanhedrin, i.e., as we would call him the "Chief Justice" of the Sanhedrin, do you somehow think, that this Pharisee of Pharisees if he knew that these apostles had rejected the 7th Day Sabbath, would not sentenced them immediately as they stood in his presence, to be stoned ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF MOSES?
To the contrary, Gamaliel said to his fellow Pharisees: " I tell you, stay away from these men and leave them alone." which no Pharisee of Jesus day would have said to anyone breaking, rejecting the 7th Day Sabbath. It was their duty according to Torah, to punish the guilty and rid the nation of law breakers.
But examine all of the apostles interactions with the Jewish hierarchy throughout the book of Acts. Consider specifically Paul's enemies who wanted to and took a vow to kill him, if Paul was a Sabbath breaker as you accuse him, we would have read of that complaint which they would have made against him. But to the contrary in the book of Acts,
PAUL NOR ANY BELIEVER IN JESUS WAS EVER ACCUSED OF VIOLATING THE SABBATH, for which they would have been RIGHTFULLY CONDENED TO DEATH, according to the book of Hebrews.
So you are truly making yourself a 'FALSE WITNESS' which is sin, isn't it according to your "New Covenant"?
If you cannot find ONE EXAMPLE of them violating the Sabbath, in the book of Acts.
You obviously have no witnesses, not the TWO WITNESSES which are required to accuse someone of a capital crime. But you should not be accusing Jesus of changing the Sabbath, or the Apostles for violating the Sabbath for which you have NO EVIDENCE, just unfounded ASSUMPTIONS.
This is just one major point which you have not addressed nor can you, because you have no evidence of them breaking the 7th day Sabbath and substituting Sunday.

      LOL.
"And unto the Jews, I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, I became as one under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law.
"To them that are without the law, I became as one without the law (though I am not without law to God, but under the law of Christ), that I might gain them that are without the law...
And this I do for the Gospel's sake...
Paul preached the GOSPEL, NOT the law. He preached the Gospel TO THE JEW FIRST. He went to the synagogues on the Sabbath because THAT is where and when the Jews were gathering.
Paul was a JEW, and yet he says, I BECAME as a Jew. In other words, he was under the law of Christ, but so as not to offend the Jews, he became as one who kept the law of Moses. Do you not remember what he said about law keeping? But take heed, lest by any means your liberty becomes a stumbling block to them that are weak...wherefore if eating mean offends my brother, I will not eat meat, lest I offend my brother. Paul kept the law so as not to offend the unbelieving Jews, that he might win them to Christ.
So Paul himself is a witness. While he was with the Jews, he kept the law, but while he was with the Gentiles, he didn't.
I have to laugh, though it is no laughing matter. Hebrews was written to Christian Jews who were being persecuted and killed by their unbelieving brethren for not keeping the law. They were considering returning to law keeping to avoid this persecution. Paul quotes this passage from Hebrews 10, but you conveniently leave out to rest of the chapter.
OF HOW MUCH SORER PUNISHMENT, suppose ye, shall he be worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the (NEW) covenant wherein he was made holy, as an unholy thing, and has done despite to the Spirit of grace?...
"Now the just shall live by FAITH, but if any man draw back, My soul shall have no pleasure in him."
"Thrice I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, I was lowed from a window by a basket to avoid being killed, and I was eventually beheaded." Sincerely, Paul

Truth is relevant to what is convenient for us to believe. If the Bible says there is only one Sabbath Day not another one, why try to prove otherwise. I am still waiting for some one to tell me where God, Jesus or the disciples have said that in the Bible (not other men), where the first day is now the Sabbath- the actual text, and I will be a happy chap . As yet I prefer the Bible to interpret itself and not men. Why countermand what God has graciously given to us for our benefit It won't be long now when we all will find out whether the Bible is telling the truth or man's excuses not to obey God. There are only two persons we can obey. If we don't obey God it is a forgone conclusion we are following Satan. We can't serve two masters. I know whom I want follow. Because any of us CLAIM TO HAVE THE TRUTH, does not necessarily mean we have it. Texts like Isa 8 20 and Rev 22,14 reveal all I wish to know. Gods plan for salvation from sin is not rocket science as some people make it People have become SDA by just reading the Bible with no coersion from any one. Gods plan contemplates our complete recovery from the power of Satan. I can't understand why people can't understand what God is trying to tell us in Hs word. He could not make it any plainer.

I don't agree with you. Saturday is and always has been the seventh day of the week, and therefore it it still the Sabbath day. However, equally correct Sunday is still the first day of the week, and as such it has never turned into the Sabbath Day, but it is still the day in which our Lord Yeshua Messiah has risen (by the way, just before the daylight portion of the day because that was the third night in the tomb.) Now, as far as "Keeping the Day Holy, and doing no work in it;" neither we Christians, the Orthodox Jews, or the sda people are keeping any Sabbaths. We don't even observe the Holy high Moedim of God, but celebrate pagan holidays readily. As a matter of fact today is November 6th, and just a few days ago the pagans celebrated their favorite "holiday." But then again, against the sda obsession with the Sabbath Day, our Lord Yeshua Messiah has become our Sabbath rest, and we are not bound by the ordinances of the law. Who today is KEEPING any Sabbath day? I say nobody is, even if they think they are. The first day of the week is not and never has been the Sabbath. We don't take a sabbat on Sunday, we just gather together to worship and get taught the Bible, in some cases hearing the meaning of some of the more obscure passages.

Another Bible prophecy became reality in our days. Daniel 7:25."He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time."
    Ezekiel 22:26
"Her priests have violated My law and profaned My holy things; they have not distinguished between the holy and unholy, nor have they made known the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them."
God's law is merely a mirror to identify sin. It is the reflection of our savior's character. Our one and only idol. The law of God was used by the enemy to trick humans. and keep us apart from God. God issues a rule and then withdraws it. That is not how it is. The divine law is eternal.
It doesn't imply we can't do it, we can now change it or abolish it based on our own preferences and understanding and follow the other side. You dont have the authority to removed even a single word of the laws. We are not superior than the god. God's law is that linked the father and us.
It is best to avoid focusing on imperfections of others or passing judgment on them. It tells someone that they are not required to follow the entire God's law by writing it in their hearts. Disobedience will only make us more like the enemy of God in our ignorance and pride. We should humble ourselves before God.
As Jesus saying.. Matthew 5:17-18. "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished."
"John 14:15. If you love me. Keep my commandments."God simply asks that we respect, obey, follow, and love him since he is our only creator and lord. All he asks is that we just trust and obey, and he will take care and lead the way. With God nothing is impossible. With the help of the holy spirit and the grace of Jesus.
    Revelation 7:21, "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. (The divine laws and the grace of God are one.}
The prophecy that does not yet fulfilled:
Isaiah 66:17 “Those who consecrate and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one who is among those who eat the flesh of pigs, rats and other unclean things they will meet their end together with the one they follow,” declares the LORD.
End time battle for the real people in Christ: Revelation 12:17. “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ”
