Such a great idea for saving the original vintage book by making a wall hanging! I love the results of the embossing glaze!! It does look like glass, the butterfly is gorgeous. I have to get that script stamp and the white ink!! Using the little ephemera pcs. really sets off the background!I love using those in my journals.

These books are so beautiful without any decoration, I didn’t have a clue how you could make them any prettier! I am so thankful that you chose NOT to take it apart and make a Journal out of it. The idea to leave it and use as wall art was incredible! I don’t know how you continue to come up with such great ideas! You can't tell me that you don't have scraps?! Some texture paste? Not the same effect, yes, but I guess you can make something very beautiful with what you have!
No, it doesn't, the butterfly wings keep it closed 😁 and when the wall is straight, nothing will happen with the pages. But you could glue all the pages together. Or just take two bulldog clips and clamp the pages together
