this is a total drama of business house & govt. no one has problems with 20 floor, they hv problem with only 4th floor. this is just to keep Gurgaon real estate market inflated. all the big fish hav large land parcel for high rise buildings, & if 4th floor is being allowed the demand & supply will face impact & so called boom will become in danger. this is a tool to keep baseless boom & make huge money in real estate market.
