Well, it’s a sitcom. It’s like playing more animated and often times chaotic versions of yourself. Of course they seem different off set. In real life, many things that happened on Friends could never happen, or would be a watered down version of it. Much of the series is very unrealistic of how people would react and act.
He is very grounded. No over inflated ego, rolls with the punches, genuine guy. I hope he is never sucked in by the fame and enjoys a long successful career. ❤
I realise what LeBlanc meant by "he's probably going to be the most devastated." Matthew constantly credited his friends for supporting him during his issues and after the show ended leblanc probably was worried for Matthew's safety. They are great friends always. ❤

As per the weight fluctuations we see that with actors ALL THE TIME! We usually think they probably wanted to get fit or they probably developed an eating disorder n ended up gaining weight but not addiction, atleast not bak in those days. Today it's comparatively common.

Pretty sure OP is talking about the fact we didn't see the performances or depth this actor was capable of, nothing to do with fame or money. People need to stop acting like everyone with a lot of money can't possibly be unhappy either, come on we all know this by now. As Jim Carrey and Matt Perry said, "I hope you get rich and famous, cos then you'll find out it doesn't do what you thought it would". A lot of problems aren't touched by them at all.
Funny, his voice is deep in real life. Certainly doesn't suit a low IQ character like Joey. Great actor.
