My dad would have gone nuts over your build-up on ftr. He had an H, then H2 widow maker, and it would break rear traction very easily also. You have one of the best videos on the ftr of all the one on RUclips. I had several years ago a Honda 550 with Mikuni racing carbs and a 4 into 1 Jarden header. I could eat stock 750's and could keep up with 1 liter Honda's I like the way you relay information without going overboard, and your videos almost make me feel like I'm on the bike, well Done Sir
Video did not disappoint man. Absolute beast. Sounds amazing. Love your reaction every time you hit the throttle. Same reaction as the first time to the last time lol
I like the airbox covers. I had the full Toce system minus the dB killer and the Lloyd'z tune on my 2019 FTR S which unfortunately was written off last June by a driver cutting a corner. I can confirm, that this is also the loudest motorcycle I have ever owned. The tune eliminates all of the issues that plagued the original FTR (cold start, surging, cut out), and as you say produces a smooth linear power delivery. It previously had a cat delete and link pipe with an S&S can, which I thought sounded better. It was flashed but very feisty and peaky. It had a sonorous rumble, compared to the Toce's angry rasp. The tune calmed it down and tamed the beast but the bike was still a monster. The thing must have been around 110dB idling. I had to wheel it out of my road before I started it up so as not to upset the neighbours - or more accurately, the neighborhood. I now have a base model with a twin shotgun S&S system complete with baffles and integral cats but it still sounds superb when you crack the throttle. I thought the Toce looked radical but not particularly flat track. I like the current bike because it resembles the original concept/project motorcycle that they tantalised the market with before its launch. The monstrosity that lumbered out of spirit lake was an abomination and you have to chuck substantial coin at the thing just to sort the looks imo. Further iterations have got even further from the flat track pedigree (the 17 inch wheels and other compromises to the market), so much so, I'd suggest that the FTR label is now a misnomer.
Sick video man, I kept mine without the DB killer for a year, but it just wore me down, the DB killer still retains a lot of grunt but knocks a few decibels off and makes it so much more liveable haha. Be safe out there, best bike ever.
Sweet, sweet machine; so unique! Very few bikes like this, other manufacturers should realise this is a very unexplored niche, IMO. Now you need to get you mom to try it like you did with the ZX-6R 😅
I’m not saying anyone is lying, I’m just asking for info. Is there any proof that it’s putting down 123 hp and over 100 torque to the road? Thanks. Cause if that’s true, I would seriously entertain this as my next bike. Thanks and ride safe out there!
Those numbers came from a couple other guys Dyno sheets a saw of their 2022+ ftr's with the full toce, Lloyd's tune, and stock air intake. There's a few dyno results on different motorcycle forums as well confirming that. I have never had our bike on a Dyno otherwise I'd put up our chart

I really like the look of the red/black , but it really looks awesome from the sitting position, all gloss black, perfect
As a sport bike rider this thing looks so fun and the style is on point!
Yeahh brahhh, it's all about the torque..

Thanks man, yeah it gets me every time 👍
Im running the full akra setup on mine. Doesnt disappoint! The ftr is criminally underrated.
What a BEAST! Sounds Insane!
"Insane" is a good word for it 👍
I love the sound of that bike. It is really making me consider getting one. To me it really looks and sounds amazing
It just sounds so much meaner than any other v twin I've heard, idk how!

First comment!
I appreciate your content and knowledge man, keep it up.
Thanks man 👍
It is the Mustang among motorcycles!
That's the truth!
Awesome! Thinking about my second bike it’s between the ftr and mt-09 sp.
Both top notch bikes, that's a tough one
Sounds great. Funny scare. 😂
I couldn't help it 👍
hi great vid. my ftr has no free play in the throttle. it starts revving just by resting your hand on it . its fly by wire , how do you adjust it ?
When the vid ended, you can still hear that bleepin' thing!
She ain't quite lol 👍
Anyone have the toce with the double tip setup? All I see is the just the singles

@@lovelivegofast Thanks good Sir!
Nice bike. I want to race you with my new Honda Monkey motorcycle.
It would be a close one
lol.
Can get wheelie bike for that price of exhaust 😢
Oh yeah, I've bought plenty of bikes for less than that exhaust
An awesome way to let the police know well in advance to get their radar device ready and then issue you with a ticket.
