Kit Bashing question, is it possible do you think to swap the heads more secure joint into the building burning gundam? Basic goal is to use the hair piece but with the build burning's body, the wings look to be easily swap able since denial uses the same backpack and peg holes as the burning. If not sure the head can be swapped over onto the burning's head joint only concern is the weight of the hair like video mentions.
Did you have the problem with the ball joint near the crotch that made it snap out sometimes? Also, for some reason i find it hard to pose without falling over. Another question. There are some extra parts you could use to combine denial with a back system? Im interested in equiping this guy with lighting back system mk1 or mk2...

+Jango The Blue Fox No they do not. First off, the shoulder things are actually poly-cap-y plastic. The ball joint that fits into them is part of a hinge that connects the Denial's shoulder armor. I was building a kitbash between the Try Burning and the Denial, and wanted to use the Try Burning's shoulders on the Denial's torso. The Denial's ball sockets are too big, so what I ended up doing was clipping the hinge off of the Denial's shoulder joints, clipping the ball joints from the Try Burning's shoulders, and gluing the Denial's ball joints onto the Try Burning shoulder units.
+Kyle Guilas really? Well I can see it in the chest piece with how the collar is and a little bit with the mid piece of the v fin, but that's about it, everything else reminds me of a more articulated hi nu gundam.

Denial has a truly beautiful build. But doesn't play with the plavsky gate effects to the same regard as Try Burning which I find I little disappointing. But I makes it up with its more intricately designed base.

Love the clear purple, the sparkles, the crazy long hair and everything... but the mecha that got all these effect parts is slightly boring. In a perfect world, there would be a dark purple effect version of the Gundam Portent.

More like a heavily re-worked Cathedral Gundam. I like the Denial as a kit but not so much for the Cathedral as it has some major issues with articulation.
The base model for the Denial Gundam is the Cathedral Gundam so it is a rework, I heard that the model in the anime was made by salvaging parts from the Cathedral Gundam
+Albert Antonio TRY isn't exactly what I would call a stellar show; imo it was much worse than the 1st season. The model kits are usually very good though (regardless of what I think of their designs, they're objectively good gunpla) so I guess that gives them the edge.

I'd say either because they both look awesome but if I had to choose go for the barbatos. It's the most customizable and if you do get the gusion or gusion remake later you can try mixing some parts around. I think it would be awesome to give the barbatos a shield like the rebake probably not as large though .
Awesome review as usual man, dunno what how I'd choose gunplas without you. But I can also sorta tell that you weren't as pleased as I was by the Denial, and I might be able to help with that. Here's a few things you could do to kind of make up for the flaws of this kit: first, sand down the cheeks(i guess that's what they are) a bit; they're too long; they are not anime accurate, and they get in the way of the head's downward articulation. They will make you forever miserable after two days if you don't.

I just had an idea. With those hand blades...this model is perfect for a StarCraft Protoss Zealot themed paintjob...to the paint brushes!
The Denial Gundam is a reference to the Master Gundam because in the anime it uses it's hair as a beam cloth the same way the Master Gundam would.
The only kit I REALLY want from the BF+t series. I love the look of this one compared to the Try. Great review, man.

Great review. The only thing I don't like about this is the limited ankle tilt, otherwise I consider this better than my HGBF Build Burning.
