    15:50 No bro. Short circuit current cannot be multiply by open circuit voltage. That's not the real power of it. You should know the rule that current and voltage always opposite. Means, when the current is high for example in short circuit situation, the voltage should be low like 0V or almost 0V. So if you multiply the 5A current on short circuit for example with 0v, you should get 0W, not 150W.
    Same for the opposite situation when it is open circuit voltage like 31V as you measured, there are no current flow bcs there are no load. So it should be 0A. Same thing, if you multiply 31V with 0A, you got 0W too.
    For generator or any power generation devices like this motors, dynamos solar panels and anything generates power, you should find the maximum power point of it. Means, you should get the device running to generate power as high as possible, and use a dummy load tester to find out where is the sweet spot of the Watt will be highest. It usually in the middle of voltage and current value. If the Open circuit voltage is 31V and the short circuit current is 5A, the maximum power should be somewhere at 24V, 3A = 72W for example, this is only an example, you should measure yours.
    So it is not as simple as multiplying short circuit current and open circuit voltage.

      Hi! So sorry, actually i do voting on my channel mr electron and the winning project is what i have to work on.
