    I'd add:
    Plank and core strengthening
    Squats
    Horse stance against a wall
    Yoga / stretching
    In fact, Google Snowboard specific training 😅
    Also, watch the old Snowboard Addiction videos from around 10 years ago, if you can find them.
    "Perfect practice" makes perfect. 👌
    I get very ocd when it comes to this stuff, sorry. 🙈😳

      I haven’t seen Snowboard Addiction, I’ll have to look them up! And yes, the exercises off the slopes can definitely make a big difference, great addition!

      The first thing about safety ,is to treat every gun loaded. Then barrel awareness.
