It's EXTRA HEATING, not heating in general, if you leave it on 0, it will make smoke appear realistically instead of almost instantly like he showed in the video. It even says that in the setting description lmao: "for more arcade-like and less accurate smoke"

Hey bro any idea as to why I don't get ANY tyre smoke whatsoever ? I 100% have all my smoke settings applied and it still doesn't show ? (I play in VR, havnt tried it in non VR) but yeah any ideas ?
So just an update, I do get tyre smoke now but I need to warm the tyres up first. Usually after letting it spin on the brake for 10-15 seconds it starts to smoke up more often and thicker every time after that

How do you record your videos? When i try to record with OBS, Radeon recording its always very pixelated and i dont know how to save a clip from assetto corsa clipping thing Do you mind giving me a hand?
For most videos I use Nvidia GeForce experience, the OBS is mainly used just to record the display when I show things in Content Manager. if you're on Radeon you won't have that sadly. Using OBS, make sure you don't use CBR in rate control instead of VBR or CQP (check the settings in Settings->Output->Recording. That will get rid of the pixelization since CBR is meant for streaming. If you use VBR set bitrate to something decent like 20,000 or even way more Mbps. Hope that helps!

any clue why in replay the smoke doesnt look anything like when im in game? its barely even smoking on replays
I disabled smoke in asstetto corsa video setting , only use the new smoke in csp particles FX , the result is same .

Well do you have SOL installed? If you do, enable SOL plan selector first from Apps in Content Manager.

can i turn on smoke while raining somehow? when i turn on rain, tyres does not make smoke anymore

Are you by any chance using Reshade? Reshade does that which is why I hate using it.

@@Sebastian_Domaradzki Okay try this. Go to Particles FX and under New Smoke and Dust, enable Clip by Glass. That should remove the smoke.
