    Hi, you stated that you are renting the property out so how have you gained a £17,000 profit? That would only happen if you were to sell the house, and if you did sell it, that £17k profit would actually be less due to all the fees and costs. Please be a bit more transparent, thanks.

      If you buy with cash and refinance the property then you take all your money out and the house is still in your name so you can rent it out think he was transparent when he said they are buying it on a buy refurbish refinance rent deal BRRR!

      @@ak-0151 hi, you haven’t answered my question. I stated that you will only gain the £17,000 profit (excluding fees) when you sell the property. As you have stated that you are not selling the property where will get the £17000 profit come from? When you refinance you don’t get 100% of the new value, you will get 75% of the new value. So the money you get back should have been calculated using the refinance formula.. instead you used a formula which people use when they sell properties. I’m sure you understand what I’m saying? Thanks
