Sumaru city doesn't have the resources to farm for food and the plants in Sumaru alone are not enough to keep enough breathable air. Unless the space ship the cities on can maintain a breathable atmosphere and has an unlimited stock of food (It's meant for deep space travel after all) Tatsuya was sent back to a timeline where everyone is doomed to die very quickly. If the spaceship does have all that then still everyone's doomed to die because the death of most life on earth (excluding Sumaru) would wake up Nyx and cause the fall.

Probably also because he had decided not to betray and kill Joker as well, and probably thought about officially joining them to face Shido, but then finding out that he would forget everything. He probably felt everything was taken from him right there. He even does say in his fight with the thieves, that had they met sooner things would likely have been very different. Which is then supported even more with his confidant in Royal where he sometimes "breaks" and talks about things like, wanting to be a hero when he was younger, or where he shows genuine sadness through portraits or body language etc. It doesn't help that in third semester when you take him to the Jazz club, all of his convos are him indirectly talking about how he hates himself and such, and how Joker should hate him as well. Hell, the developers were even trying to say this directly. Files were pulled from the game that showed a Mementos request that was 99% done and is playable, that you get from Akechi in the 3rd semester, and the case is super similar to him and Jokers, and his overall thing in the end was not wanting another person to turn out like he did. On top of literally scolding the PT's for trusting and accepting him and stuff. I feel so bad for the guy (which is awful because he would hate that)

There is many evidence of this in both games, such as joker and the phantom thieves remembering hikari a little, and all the teams want to watch a movie (and how in pq1 the p3 cast do a party for no reason, plus the fact Elizabeth and makoto for sure remember pq1.) I’d like to think that p3-5 couldn’t have happened the way they did without these 2 games, and for akechi, i really do think he still has the feeling of what he learnt during pq2 in him, and that’s why in royal akechi acts the way he does.

I think Enlil is supposed to be a metaphor. Enlil is the god of winds and in Mesopotamian Legend he (Yes, HE) is said to be the god of storms, floods, earthquakes etc. For anyone trapped in these theaters, life isn't any more different than a disaster. Now Enlil, as of the one in this game, is providing a wind shelter for these hapless folk, but the wind shelter broadcasts pure negativity, without moral lessons, without any meaningful content and without any optimism. And so while the world in the district are still safe, the storm still blows on not on the outside, but on the inside. Secondly, if you noticed this boss is similar to Yaldabaoth, Izanami and Nyx. It's a Izanami in Yaldabaoth's clothing causing Apathy Syndrome. Since this is a P3-P5 composite game, it is still justifiable. It's not on a mainline, non-crossover game however. Finally I think this boss is supposed to mock the player, or mock shut-ins in general. For shut-ins their home is their sancturary, and the outside world is completely hopeless and full of despair. The only place safe from despair in their view is their room. This is why they don't go anywhere else; They merely see everything is out to get them, and the theaters/Enlil is their room who can get them any sort of safety, but in reality they don't do anything other than worsening their mental health.
BRO if I had this long adventure with new people and had this amazing relationship, now knowing that I won't remember them I would be balling my eyes out. skskskskskskks this always happens in these games and always makes me sad.
I'll be honest. If there will be a Persona 5 Arena, I hope that they will have their get together at the end. Come on Atlus, don't make such promises without realizing them in a later game.
Arena...Only that Hikari is only around as strong as something like, Oda or Takemi. She isn't any different from anyone else and the Hikari you see in the theater isn't her physical person. If at anything she would be replacing Akechi's confidant in P5R with Akechi moving to Jester/Hunger.

I think it would be awesome if persona 6 stemmed off of this game. The main character would be Hikari and Enlil would be the main antagonist because, unlike Chronos, Enlil actively states that she will come back so she has a good reason to return to the series ((maybe minus nightmare face also we need more female protagonists)) I’m really doubtful this would ever happen but it would awesome in my opinion.

I feel like a bunch of shadows should have pop'd in to fight the rest of the cast who wern't in your party. It would give them something to do other than stand and watch your 5 man band hack away.
So like a super duper long endurance fight that's built to chew multiple party members? Would be interesting. Sadly this isn't the only RPG that failed to make use of the full cast in the climax. Lisa made the same mistake.
