light modification for Mirka leros

inexpensive addition for the leros, thanks to c&s drywall......
figured out the on/off switch, duh........im just a drywaller.
battery last about 3 1/2 hrs. should have bought the 20000amh.

Installed the same led light on my mirka. This will sound crazy but I actually enjoy sanding drywall now. This machine is a life saver

Great video Bob its going to work . 💪lol if it doesn't I own you a beer 🤙🏽. Ended up using milwaukee usb power bank with interchangeable batteries for the power source that way I don't have to keep shaping out the power bank.

i own a mirka and ive zero idea why anyone would want to do this mod. either youre working in a lit area or youre not a pro. who goes on site without proper lighting?

Well, if I'm a pro or not, I'll leave that up to my customers, but I really like not having to drag a light around room to room.

the point is the light is so close to the surface it shines across it, showing all the imperfections that need to be sanded. If you shin a light at a wall it hides all the problems, shine it across a wall it amplifies them
