I am cool with all the hate that Florida gets. The rent is already high enough. The less people that like Florida, the better. We love it here for the most part. You can do more stuff in one day than basically any other state.
Florida is really nice. Woody just doesn’t know because he’s never lived in the real bad parts of a state lol. And this is coming from a person who grew up in New Jersey, and not Woody’s part of New Jersey. I’m from TRENTON
Only problem with houses like that is you will be spending an additional $100,000 per year (minimum) in maintaining it and keeping it cooled. It'll probably be fine for the first 5-10 years, but after that, everything starts to break. There's also no way your typical handyman homeowner is going to keep it running.
@justinmartin4662 dude is crazy for even thinking that, it might cost 10k per year if the house is a complete lemon just because of the size and things like the pool
@@PKAClips Well...its full of tourists like you said lol. Its fun for nightlife and the parks were great, but there's so much more than that right around there.
I love watching this 2 years later and having been to Florida many times; Woody: I'VE SEEN THE NEWS AND FLORIDA IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. Probably thinks Canada is a Utopia, though.
I love it here. Perfect mix of a little bit of everything, to be honest. Big cities, beaches, but also a lot of country side. Everything’s beautiful aswell. I just love it here. I used to not, but I’m growing on it as I get older. But even in the middle of nowhere, sometimes you come across a community of just, insane fucking houses. Like, just clusters of million dollar+ homes in the middle of fucking no where. Idk if that’s common in other states, but definitely here.
That would be a nightmare to maintain, clean, feed, etc. Good luck with that or good luck paying for that. Im pretty sure you think like most people do and never think about or understand that its not like you just purchase something and thats it. It will be perfect forever and not cost anymore than the first purchase. No one thinks about the taxes every month or year when they buy something, paying to maintain something, insurance, the work it takes to maintain something, upkeep, if something breaks, how long things last, resale, etc. etc. etc. Thats also how a lot of people including millionaires go broke especially athletes because for some reason they’ve never heard of taxes before, dont understand its not just going to cost the purchasing price, its going to cost money every month to own, etc. Its kind of mind blowing how no one thinks of stuff like this
@@PKAClipsthe pilot was shot there but three hurricanes during production of the following episodes made it tough. They had an entire residential area they referred to as the dexter district.

You have obviously never heard of maintenance, insurance, taxes, percentage the real estate agent gets, inflation, and how things break and need to be replaces all the time and more often and more expensive in a bigger home my guy. A roof alone only lasts 25-30 years and needs to be replaced. On a house like that it would cost you over a million for just a roof and if you’re talking about 30 years from now it would probably cost 3+ million to replace the roof. Tell me you’ve never lived in a house or at least never owned a house without telling me you never lived in a house or owned a house... and if you have then you obviously had your rents pay for it as you blindly thought all the maintenance, insurance, fixing up, replacing things that break was for some reason free or you’re just not that smart. Not to mention so you have now have to live with 3 other people for 40+ years and then what what? None of you are going to have families or have all your families move in so you now have like 16 people running around in the house? Or what if someone dies? Now you have to find someone else who wants in on your ridiculous idea that you also trust or your cost goes up even more because its only 3 of you. You obviously didn’t think this through at all huh. You’re exactly the type of person who got their house reposed trying live above your means and/or went bankrupt even if you were a millionaire because you didnt understand that purchasing and owning something doesnt mean it just costs the purchasing price and it there are many many more payments and money you need to throw into it in order to maintain and own something. Thinking everything lasts forever and stays brand new
All the people I grew up with that were born here are super relaxed and good people. Trust me it’s all the people from random states that are the lunatics that get the Florida man headline. Well besides the crackheads that apparently wrestle gators which is cool with me.

Central Florida where the springs are located are some of the best spots, Florida has a special beauty to it
More than Clearwater?
Google Florida springs in images and see the pics. Woody is such a weirdo sometimes.
