@@bornlucky80 that's an understatement. that album slaps from beginnin to end. i've listened to it couunless times over the years. it gets better with every spin. i'm banging it on a sunday night because I was just listening to Sirius XM early 2000s and they were blazing Bush songs all day long. So, I decided to play the greatest hits of Bush. This album was phenomenal.
Ah Memories…I was in high school when this came out. My parents dropped my friend and I off at Hara arena (torn down) in Dayton Ohio to see 311, Bush, and No Doubt my first concert with out parents. We had floor seats. Got there early saw Gwen roller blading out in the parking lot before show. Got front row and till this day one of the best concerts ever. Bush closed with R.E.M. “The one I love”. They played the entire Sixteen Stone Album. You know it’s the best record when your old hippy parents “borrow “ your CD to listen to Bush
This was the first CD I ever bought and I was in 4th grade...I used to listen to this during Mrs. Gianessi's computer class 🖥️ while practicing typing on our big Mac computers in 1996. 😎
I just played this song last night with my electric guitar and a new fuzz pedal I just bought. It was the first song that came to mind when I stepped on the pedal and heard a similar tone. Great video 🙂
Gavin Rossdale is the most underrated front man ever!!! He is a God amongst children. Commanding 20,000 people's attention at his will. In the 90's he was more talked about than everyone not named Cobain or Vedder
They don’t make ‘em like this anymore, boys. A certified ROCK classic. The critics who called them Nirvana rip offs can F off. This song kicks ass. The guitar riff is Rock God tier, and coupled with the fuzzy Big Muff distortion makes it an absolute EARGASM
I was so little when they hit the airwaves...I remember I was home by myself sick with a flu while my parents were at work when I first heard Glycerine & I was hooked...he is still so hot & that drummer is amazing....awesome lyrics
Que performance maravilhosa para toda a banda!!! Gavin Rossdale está um colirio para os olhos e sua voz nem se fala 😍 Tirando o aparente desânimo do público, parece que nada mudou de tão perfeito que estão; voltei em 1994❤
I seen them open for breaking benjamin and my lord they can preform they passed right by me got to give the lead a pat on the back for my first concert it was crazy.
Funny story about Bush, in the 90's my dad flew everywhere for his work and we went for a cruise in 96. He sat in his usual first class aisle seat on a red-eye from Toronto to Miami and he sat next to the guitarist Nigel. So he's sitting there and this is where the story gets funny, he tells me this "some English prick was tryna take my seat from me and I think he was in some kind of rock group called bush or x something lmao so he tells me do who I am? And my dad says to him I don't give a flying fuck who you are this is my seat" so Gavin tells him "you french Canadians are so rude" this is we are from Winnipeg and in Miami I took my dad to the record store and I showed him the back of Sixteen Stone and he says " ya that the asshole right there" lmao I always found that so funny
TY. This song landed hard perfectly, after fleeing one closing factory to next, and totaling 13 cars on the trip. Blasted it from my car in the parking lot as the last UAW shift walked from their machines ... TY
Saw these fellas open for Breaking Benjamin/Alice In Chains. I woulda rather saw ‘em play the entire time - really great live. Especially, acoustic, when I saw ‘em do an acoustic rooftop show, about ten years ago.
I think it's pretty cool that the first band that played was a newer rock band. They play some pretty good songs. Not sure if we are talking about the same thing but cool for you!
Excellent, Gavin, I need the camera to approach the city from the lake, then rather than fly over all the buildings, I need it to fly down the street, in between, the buildings, starting about 40 stories up, then slowly, slowly descending to near street level, 2nd or 3rd story. Appreciate it!
"Are you ready, Legion of Doom? Here come the Buffalo Sabres!" - Rick Jeanneret (1942-2023) You've heard of the horseshoe, the rabbit foot, and the four-leaf clover. Now, witness the power of the incoming horde from the Scourge of the East, the Master of the Black and Red & Dominator of Ontario! Fear and tremble before the thundering roar of the Mighty, the Awesome, the Triumphant, the Lucky GOAT-Head!!! 🔴⚫🐐😈🦬⚔️
Timeless track. Sixteen Stone is such a musical gem

Love this still at 42.
Drummer guy is in his own world, and I love it. Machinehead is legendary!🤘

I met Gavin at his house in San Fernando valley. Really cool guy. He had nothing but cars from England.
The 15 year old in me is head banging, so is the 42 year old now!
One of the best live recordings I’ve heard of this song
Rock on! Some of the best tunes from the 90s from these guys!
This was the first CD I ever bought and I was in 4th grade...I used to listen to this during Mrs. Gianessi's computer class 🖥️ while practicing typing on our big Mac computers in 1996. 😎
I think it was number 3 for me, joining Third Eye Blind self-titled and Green Day Dookie. Can still remember buying that first CD player with ESP
How are they still so damn good???!!
So many memories to Bush! Amazing band and performance. Gavin still sounds great!
This man can sing to me ANY TIME!!!!! 💫💫💫
Great band and song that still sounds amazing years later! Gavin’s voice is as good as ever and I saw them in the 90s!
What a performance. The whole band was dialed in.
That guitar verse is sick! Legendary! ❤
I saw them live last summer and they were so good
How amazing! His voice is still the same with 30yrs ago. He is like Satan never getting old in the movie 'Constantin'.
The dudes nearly 60. And he looks no different.
Definitely some pact somewhere 🤣
they never gets old. jesus
They still sound so good love it
He still sounds so good! Usually singers voices go down hill as they get older.
Sounds better honestly... Just watched live from 96 and it was no where as good as this one
Gave me goose bumps baby! Gen X all the way!!!! Gavin I love you!
Gavin is is such amazing shape. MY LORD!
I saw Bush twice in Memphis they did great shows both times, they didn’t disappoint! 🤘
I just played this song last night with my electric guitar and a new fuzz pedal I just bought. It was the first song that came to mind when I stepped on the pedal and heard a similar tone. Great video 🙂
Loved this song since 7th grade. I'm feelin' the new drummer; He's really getting into it.
We are all machine head guys. 🤘🤘🤘

Christ named this man.
Bow to your God. Or DIE.
Oh, the 90s bruh! Take me back!
Takes me back to 1997. Good times!🎉❤
MTV times
They still sound amazing live
They don’t make ‘em like this anymore, boys. A certified ROCK classic. The critics who called them Nirvana rip offs can F off. This song kicks ass. The guitar riff is Rock God tier, and coupled with the fuzzy Big Muff distortion makes it an absolute EARGASM
Goddamned right!
Fuck yeah! 🤟
I like Gavin’s song writing better than Kurt’s
Everything about Bush were way better than Nirvana.
You said “fuzzy muff” 😂
Sixteen stone is one of the most perfect albums ever created. Glory salutes you, Bush!!🙌🏻🔥
I was so little when they hit the airwaves...I remember I was home by myself sick with a flu while my parents were at work when I first heard Glycerine & I was hooked...he is still so hot & that drummer is amazing....awesome lyrics
