I have both of those masks, but I feel that the Masqueintense is more moisturizing than the Discipline Maskeratine. But I do agree the the Discipline is better for frizz. I love them both.
Actually amodimethicone is an AMAZING silicone that I intentionally look for it in a product before buying. It’s AMAZING for damaged & frizzy hair. But you ALWAYS have to use leave ins if you really want a smoother look. A wash out never replaces leave ins. Your phd friend is wrong! Silicone doesn’t build the more you use, it builds enough to fill in broken bonds & smooth but after that no. It has a limit. Still clarifying is great for many reasons. Once a week or once in 10 days is great.

Kerastase did have a number system that indicated how intense the repair was [1 2 3 4] 1 = Light, 4 = Deep / Intense so you could keep from over - conditioning or not getting enough repair / smoothness from each product. I don't know why they don't use it much anymore.

Yes, I agree with you ,,the masque is amazing , used it yesterday and the leave in treatment!!!.My.hair is dry, bleached, highlighted!!!. After 1 use my hair is so soft, shiny ,doesn't look dry anymore!!!!Will you be trying the new K water when available!!!

@@heidiguttenbergyes my hair is normal to thin and it is very damaged also from bleach that's why it is also getting frizzy . The shampoo from this line made my hair also feel really bad when it was wet. From the nutritive line the only thing that worked for me was the nectar thermique (heat protecting balm) I really love this. 💜♥️😊

@@heidiguttenberg Sure, I will let you know, and btw, for your beautiful curls, Kerastase has also a wonderful mask, the Curl Ideal, which also belongs to the Discipline line, so when you want to make a "wavy Heidi" kinda video you could try it. There's also a leave in cream from the same line, the Curl Ideal Oleo Curl. Another very good option is the Curl Contour Mask from L'oreal Professinnel and the leave in, which looks like the absolut repair one(up side down tube) but in the color light blue. That's why I do believe you will rock with any of those combos. About your 2 little cuties, I didn't know that Lolitita got a brother/sister, anyhow, they both look so amazing, lucky you for having them and they are lucky to have YOU 😍

I need to give you kerastase recommendation so you stop wasting all the MONEY. So the orange line has many different variations - but the best formula for orange is called MAGISTRAL. It’s truly moisturizing so if you have oily scalp I would just stay away from the roots. You’re welcome :p
It was my first Kerastase product and I was very disappointed😢🤦 It didn't recover my dry and stressed hair like it was suppost to, the only thing left for me was💇😲 half of the product went straight into garbage🤫

I wish you had tried a product that wasn't tested on animals. Unfortunately kerastase is sold in mainland China where animal testing is required by law. There are a lot of great products that don't torture animals why don't you try some of them? BTW I'm sure it doesn't matter but I just unsubscribed from your Channel maybe when you stop testing products that Advocate animal cruelty I'll subscribe again

And I could list quite a few more. I don’t advocate for or against brands, quite frankly I focus on product requests by my subscribers and their performance. I put them on my hair, and tell you if it worked for me or not, pros and cons for each product. Like a hair Guinea Pig. I like the idea of mentioning if a brand is cruelty free or not. Kerastase does that for the therapiste line erosion level nutrition line is bain satin 1 normal bain satin 3 very dry
