This, and his composition of the sindically dark "Cease to Exist" to "Cease to Resist" ( working tilte: never learn not to love) are his most prestigious artistic creations
No, I don’t want to - The Beach Boys were poorly enough managed (see the Stephen Gaines book) without letting Dennis take over. Without a doubt, some of his songs are amongst the The Beach Boys' best, and his solo album is possibly the best of any Beach Boys' post-1974 output. But I wouldn't let him drive my car, let alone the ~60 years of the Beach Boys career...
Stamos's cover personally makes my ears bleed. I wouldn't say it is his fault as his vocals aren't the problem. It's the god awful instrumental and the horrible production.
For everyone who is watching, which performance of Forever is better this performance, the 1972-73 performance, or the 50th Anniversary Tour performance?
Dennis was the real Beach Boy, he walked the walk.
Dennis was very talented like the rest of the group R.I.P......You are still missed by many
Dennis has the charisma of any ten other handsome, talented, fascinating fatalists!
Mr.Sensitive Denny just walks in front and sings. Makes Jagger ridiculous with his movements. And he rocks.
Brian said: I won’t interfere (Pacific OB). Denny is a genius, can produce, play, sing etc. And listen him doing ”Help Me Rhonda”. Rocky.
A awesome wedding song
Fabulous! And Carl's backing vocals are beautiful.
I could listen to this song Forever , I absolutely love it 💗
Michelle Baker And listen Denny singing Forever accapella, clear voice. Michelle- huh what a great name.
Outstanding horns, saxophone, and piano in this performance.
this song always makes me cry. Such a powerful tune
what a voice
So talented. And beautiful.
Thank you so much!

Too bad Bruce's mic is potted way down. It looks as though he's singing Brian's part.
Love this song.
Imagine how good this band could have been if Dennis had been the frontman...?
and not brian?
@@joeplavin no not Brian. He was always better working out of the studio
@@RJW14863 oh I see, I got confused by what you meant by frontman

Long live the memories of Dennis & Carl Wilson. xoxo The Clarences
he is in a mazing
Unreal. Where did you get this cleaned up Central Park upfront?
Has it had an official release yet?
LED1512 I was able to find a DVD copy of this just recently
this is good song even know this is older then me still love old songs like this
It's not the Beach Boys without Dennis Wilson. IMO
If it had not been for John Stamos on Full House, I never would have heard this song. He (Stamos) covered it good.
Nathaniel Newman rite

@@kaiguitarguymenardyup lol he turned this great song into some melodramatic butt rock shit
Why's Mike Love sitting at the organ? I doubt he's playing it.
Name Nameson he's just sitting there, but he knows how to play keyboards
He's havin a rest from banging his tambourine x 😆
There is only one organ that Mike plays and that’s his own.

Is it me or does Dennis's voice then sound like Brian's now?
I can actually picture Dennis singing “Love and Mercy”
Dennis didn't get the credit he deserved. His voice is not that great but he's Brian's brother.
Was that Dennis's then wife at 1:11?
Yeah, I think so. It looks like Barbara.
@@Taddoggg looks more like Carol Bloom, but he was with barbara at this point and it wasn't her.
It is absolutely Barbara
What a waste to blow it all away
Why are they singing Uncle Jesse's song?
don’t piss me off…
Baladon.......¡¡¡¡¡¡
Why does the flute player look like Benny Blanco?
