I hate that everyone continues to bash on Danny's voice, even if he was still in Asking Alexandria, ever heard of the term "family"? It may not matter now but when Danny was apart of AA, no matter what, these five people stuck together through thick and thin and Danny was once apart of that. Now he isn't. I enjoyed their mature sound far from Stand Up and Scream because I believe they grew up from emo kids flipping their hair to a mature band with a different motive. But hey, that's my opinion.
Danny made this band where they are today with this album. This was supposed to be their turning point into the mainstream Rock world. I'm still in love with this album and I'll always see it as "Danny's album". He is a genius and We Are Harlot and his solo music will make it big time. Don't get me wrong I love AA still and Dennis is amazing, but AA will stay a small band forever now. Still in my top 5 favorite bands though!!
+Chris Trepanier Danny didn't make the band he just made the band play all the songs they wanted, he's better off gone from AA to be honest and his arrogance annoys the hell out of me and i've met the whole band except Denis so can't say what Denis like but everyone else is awesome just think danny take this whole rockstar image to another level!! Mad how this is called "Moving On Tour". It was as if he practically told all of us that's he is indeed moving on. I mean listen to most of the songs on FDTD, even the title "From Death To Destiny". Might sound far-fetched here but if you read and listen to the lyrics off most of the songs on there it was as if he know this isn't what he wants to do any more.
Gytis Ramonas or he didn't give a fuck, he was pretty much checked out and ready to move on, I was at one of their shows on this tour he looked like he had no interest being there

I don't think it has to do with the screaming though, many people have been screaming for a longer time than Danny and their voices are kinda the same as when they started, for example, Spencer Chamberlain (underOath), and I actually think Spencer's cleans and screaming got better with time, with Danny however, I think he chose to change his vocal style/technique, he wanted a more rock & roll vibe to it, I think that was intentional, hence his departure from AA to focus on We Are Harlot

Well firstly, Ben wrote the song along with Danny. So it wasn't just Danny's choice. Secondly, I think that this song may be one of the best they have yet. Denis is good, but he'll never be Danny good.

As good as this live performance was actually being there, you can tell that Danny has really strained and fucked up his voice singing for AA! He's a good singer and all, but I'm he took a break for a while and is now with We Are harlot. It really suits his voice more I think
***** The reason why SU&S - R&R era was lacking for Danny is because he was devolving alcohol and drug issues. Some would argue it's his fault (which it is) but end of they day they're young and have got so far In life so they feel to celebrate xD
