It takes a machine of a singer to sing rough vocals like that on tour. I would venture to say Lzzy Hale is probably the only one I can even name that doesn't basically go into full strip down mode every show. She's a freak if nature. Hell, I've heard singers say they won't drink hot or cold liquids on tour. Or even SPEAK when not on stage
