I tried the IU diet which is known from the famous K-Pop Idol IU because she said in an interview that she only eats an apple, a sweet potato and a protein shake in a day when she is on a diet.
I tried this for 3 days and the results were shocking.

I just eat the apple peel to make it a better diet so I can have more fiber in my daily food. I'm just doing this for 1 week and I lost one pound per day so far.

Hi as I said in the video I know that I don’t have to loose weight and that I will limit the diet to only 3 days because I know it is a really unhealthy diet. I didn’t do the diet to loose weight and I said that you should not do this if you are struggling with any eating disorder. In the end i said that this diet is not recommendable. I can understand your problem but I pointed out several times that it is super unhealthy, that I don’t do this to lose weight and I don’t wanna recommend this for others, especially for those who are struggling with their eating behavior.
