i'm back again with another kpop diet video!
after eating out every week since restaurants re-opened, i gained some of the weight i had lost from the jeon hyosung diet.
this time i wanted to try the iu diet, but not so extreme.
i forgot to mention in the video, but i also did some light cardio everyday. walking/jogging 10k steps a day.

I think your video is perfect because we shouldn't stop eating or trying to fight our hunger. It is better to look for healthy ways to eat when we want to ❤️ and when we worry about our stomach we also lose weight ❤️

This is the plan I want to try. Hoe many calories are in apples and sweet potato? I worry it won't fill me up. Oh good idea to add biscuits and a few cookies!!

Yea, but i think that she just decided to change some products like sweet potato cuz it’s very hard to find
