I urban-carry either the Compact or the Pioneer X, and I do rotate them. For short walks or I may expect lugging around objects, then I go for the Compact (the Parcel Hook helps a lot in carrying objects tied to a point or plastic bags); for semi-formal events or casual hang-around without any expectations of carrying anything then I go for the Pioneer X. I utilize the scissors frequently hence the options. For provincial travel where I expect to do some more heavy outdoor stuff, I go for the Compact AND the Soldier ‘08. The serrated blade was surprisingly useful cutting up flesh when cooking, and a saw is a saw.
My EDC tool I carry every day is the Leatherman Micra which is connected to my house keys. I have the Explorer SAK which I use for urban and camping. I like having the magnifying glass, useful for small print, possible first aid and back up fire starting. I use the parcel hook always for pulling tent pegs. For bushcraft I have the Rangergrip 79, which has a great saw. Also Corporal Corner's choice for Bushcraft so you can't go wrong. I have a Leatherman Charge titanium as well but mostly leave that at home where I can't lose it, unless I needed pliers outside for something.
I came too late to the knife edc collection. Everything is expensive for me now but I have the climber, the hunter XS and the Rangergrip 58. I need the hunstman and some alox XD
Compact does come with the pin inserted. Most other medium SAKs only have the hole for a pin. Only manually assembled SAKs come with pin inserted from the factory - Victorinox does not (at least a couple of months ago) have a machine that can insert pins.
I prefer the ranger or huntsman. I don't walk so weight is usually not much of a problem. I also have other knives to carry. Plus tools. I'm a big fan of sak. Also a fan of your videos.
Compact for urban environment, Huntsman for Outdoor activities 😊

Doesn't the Compact also have the pin behind the corkscrew as standard? Nice to remove splinters or to pierce a blister.
