    I don't know why 6.3k people gave this video a thumbs down. These donuts look amazing! I find it especially refreshing that you didn't hit us over the head with annoying music. Sometimes it detracts from the video itself. I can't wait to try them. Great work!

    This is go to recipe for whenever I want to make donuts. It’s just so simple and so spot on 👏 The donuts always come out fluffy and light and my family enjoys it immensely.

    My kids were cake out, so I tried doughnut this time. But since I don’t have stand mixer i just divide your ingredients to make out of 150 grams of flour. I got shocked, it worked. The donuts were so soft, my mom loves it. I just used hand mixer. Thanks Michael for sharing your recipe. God bless 😊

    Hi Michael, First time making donuts myself and I followed your recipe and they turned out perfectly. I may have cooked some of them a few seconds too long as they are a little darker, but they are still very soft and delicious. Super happy with your recipe!

      Hi, I just wanted to ask if the milk you used was room temperature or warm? I am scared that I'll kill the yeast if I get the wrong temperature for the milk :)

    I have done this recipe so many times and always the result is better than the ones sold from markets.... Patisseries, doughnut makers and others. I even double the quantity for more because they are so amazing and tasty. Ty

    Recipe makes 11~16 doughnuts depending on how thick or thin you press the dough.

      if you put it in an air-tight container it should be fine

      I don't know the Krispy Kreme glaze, but this is one I love...
      1/3 cup melted butter
      2 cups confectioners' sugar
      1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      1/3 cup hot water
      1 teaspoon honey

    @Michael Lim thank you so soo much for this wonderful recipe. This is the best dough I ever tried. Even at the beginning it's so soft and smooth. I didn't have a stand mixer so I kneaded with my hands.its amazing. 😍❤❤👏

    I intend to make your strawberry jam donuts, but can you explain to me why this recipe is a bit different? Less butter, more flour, 1 egg in stead of 2 and so on.
