I have done this recipe so many times and always the result is better than the ones sold from markets.... Patisseries, doughnut makers and others. I even double the quantity for more because they are so amazing and tasty. Ty P. S Recipe makes 11~16 doughnuts depending on how thick or thin you press the dough.

I intend to make your strawberry jam donuts, but can you explain to me why this recipe is a bit different? Less butter, more flour, 1 egg in stead of 2 and so on.
