When it comes to Guns and Stress I have one thing to say. I think that the names of those songs should swap. Stress should be the second name cause of the situation you are in, and then Guns should be the third name because Pico shows up and starts shooting the f out of everyone while you sing.

I'm saddened there was no explanation given to the Lemon Demon's songs. Was it the lyrics? I am somewhat confused.
They're joke songs that you would listen to maybe once or twice and chuckle a little bit then move on. I don't think it's the same calibur as any other song in the game, the person who voiced lemon demon did a nice job though.

I think they dismiss it as a joke because the lyrics. There is a lot of love and care put into those songs so I think that it's unfair fo call it just a joke
Creator of the tier list here! It also bothers me that Thorns doesn't use Spirit's icon. At the time I wasn't sure how to find it so I settled for using Senpai's, but even though I know where to get Spirit's icon now I can't replace the image for Thorns because TierMaker won't let me (I assume to prevent changing what people are ranking). I'll probably remake the tier list when Week 8 comes out to fix this. Thank you for using it :)

High is my absolute favorite song in the entirety of FnF. It’s just fast enough and has the right tempo for me to vibe no matter what.

Monster was in that weird spot for me where I liked it back when FNF wasn't really super mod-heavy, but then it kind-of fell off in the face of far more interesting "monster/creature/demon/etc." tracks.
And then D-side Monster ran OG Monster over with a train.
My honest opinion is that I think the Game Over screen is underrated. It's personally really good. I also think that Dad Battle, Fresh, Satin Panties, High, and Game Over (Pixelated) are underrated. Again, this is my opinion, you're free to argue with me in the reply section, but I honestly think the songs I listed should be moved a little higher up.

I feel like a thing people don't take into account when rating Stress is how cinematic it is. Pico shooting guns in sync with the instrumentals is gotta be one of my most favorite things ever done in a fnf song.

I think a lot of the weirder and more "obnoxious" parts are definitely intended. Dadbattle's synth, Spookeez's breakbeats, I'd say it comes from Kawaisprite's other music. I definitely appreciate it. Stress is kinda the pinnacle of pulling that off well.
Personally I think Monster and Winter Horrorland are instant S-tier lmao. Mainly because I adore songs like this and they’re done well.

I agree with winter horrorland, but I personally cannot get behind the rhythm of monster.
Honestly, Eggnog, Winter Horrorland and High are some of my favorites while Milf just hits as a generic dance party song. Milf is good, not saying otherwise, it's just that High is better in many ways.

Winter horrorland is great tho, the first time i played the game it caught me by surprise with the screamer and the freaking lemon demon.
The voice, it's an animated movie villain and i love it
We all have our opinions, but Cocoa even if it's not a Christmas song has an insane bass, like Roses, but not pixelated
Pretty good list, though I disagree with Monster’s placements (shocker). Both songs are much different than the rest of FNF’s soundtrack, but they have a certain mood and texture to them that help them stand out. A bit disappointing that no explanation was given, but I’m assuming that it’s because of both songs’ dated sound fonts and cheesy lyrics. I’m personally in love with the grainy, almost early edutainment feel to the instrumentals, creating a silly, yet haunting vibe that perfectly introduces the Monster as a character. The same could be said with the voice itself, and I find it so interesting that actual lyrics were chosen for his songs rather than the usual beeps and boops. I guess it’s just an acquired taste. (Also, I find Monster a lot better than Winter Horrorland. The second time, Monster’s threats start to get a bit too silly.)
Satin panties is among my favorites in OG fnf personally. The duets are just fun to play and listen to.

I agree with this tier list almost entirely, the only thing I’d really change for my version is put both of the lemon songs in good tier, and swap Roses and Stress

I think Eggnog is much better than Cocoa, heck, I’d even say it’s the best in it’s week, but my all-time favorite has to be Roses, with Guns as a very close second (so close it’s almost rubbing the edges of Roses but just barely misses it).
I honestly don't get the lemon demon hate. I found his songs pretty catchy.

Love this list! I appreciate the lemon hate, those are legitimately the only songs in the game I've played only once. Also I loved hearing you comment on the Dadbattle synth, I used to not notice it then one day I did and it became so annoying to me.
Also I LOVE GUNS BUT I STILL HAVEN'T BEATEN IT ON HARD, I CANNOT COMPREHEND THE CHARTING FOR SOME REASON. I can manage my way to the Ascension fairly consistently now but geez... It's been like 30-50+ tries. It also took me 60+ tries to beat on normal while literally every other song including Ugh and Stress was a first try for me on normal.
I beat all of them but I agree, the lemon songs are just bad they're both too slow and annoying to listen to at times

i think that when it comes to gameplay the monster songs are just really boring to play because they are so slow, music wise i think they're alright, i love the spooky vibe of them.

i reply late, and i don't like your opinon. compared to other fnf songs it just seems out of place, like in week 7 it was cool and stuff cus it was only at some places the lyrics, and having monster and winter-horrorland as full on songs with lyrics and everything just- idk how to explain it, it just feels weird

A - Philly Nice, South, Pico, Eggnog, High, Cocoa
B - Fresh, Winter Horror Land, Bopeebo, Breakfast
C - Monster, Game Over (Pixelated), Satin Panties, Spookeez, Game Over
D - Tutorial

I'd honestly love to see a tier list to Parappa the Rapper music as well if you haven't already, not only does it just generally slap imo but it's one of the main inspirations for FNF as well.
I am there with you for ALMOST all of this tier list... but satin panties and high are both at worst a-tier for me. I love mom week. Satin panties particularly because the duet section between bf and mom is just SO good. But the part of hating the intro is completely valid and the only reason I don't give it an S. Even in high the bits of bf and mom singing together are fantastic man.
...Tank man week is hands down what set the bar for fnf though, and the combination of that killer soundtrack and engine updates in the base game saved it from being rhythm game obscurity to the crazy modding scene it is today (which also is a problem for the og dev's... cuz how do you compete with the quality and craziness that modders have put out now man?)

honestly winter horror land feels like those songs that werent intended to have lyrics but a fan of said song added lyrics that had to both make sense and match with the beat. but thats how the song just is

We almost have similar FNF tier list here somehow so it looks good enough for me to understand from your soundly specific details of each song as well as your wicked metalized remix covers for some of them. However, I just wanna ask you if it’s possible to instrumentally remix your Lemon playlists (least favorite FNF songs) such as Monster and Winter Wonderland (Lemon Demon) and Cocoa (demon parents’ first Xmas duet) with no vocals in order to sound better at different perspectives, whether you can work on them by yourself or with other musicians somehow or something? It feels like they’d sound a bit better as instrumental remixes than normal vocal covers somehow, but I guess it depends on certain special musical equipments to make it work out properly based on quality and quantity and other stuff or whatever so idk, just saying ok haha.

My favorite songs for each week:
Fresh, South, Philly-Nice(or just Philly, if you never knew they changed the name), High, Eggnog, Roses, Guns.
I'm more of a "Chill out" guy, which is evident in my picks. Since they are the only songs in their respective week that aren't too slow, but not too fast for me so that I can put them on in the background of whatever I'm doing and chill out to them.

For me I can't play M.I.L.F anymore on normal speed because of how slow it actually is it seems so fast when u start but when u play The Tricky mod and FAST AF mods then u can't go back to Vanilla without forgetting that speed u have gained
dissappointed high and game over scored so low, and even if i feel like milf was overrared i absolutely agree with the whole tankman week being s-tier (except for stress)

Edit: so basically i never thought about guns as a chill song, i actually think that this is one of the happiest songs in fnf! I like how it's starts like a very harsh and hard songs, but then shifts in to a nice and happy song! :)

Any Surprise that Week 7 is good? I'm not that familiar with the Tankman franchise on Newgrounds, but even without knowing it's history, you have some of the best music in the game, cutscenes, and a special guest with Pico, committing mass genocide to the music! IT IS GLORIOUS!
