My guy… quality video. Thank you. I ran into this problem with my 09 Tiguan as well. Unfortunately, mine was due to a massive roof leak I had which got everything soaked at the bottom. Again, thanks for the video!

OK. thanks for the video. Is the new module fixed the problem? thanks

I didn't put a new module in. It's someone else's car and she was fine with the seat moved up all the way. If I ever end up swapping out the control module for it I'll make a video for sure

There’s a 50 amp fuse in the engine bay for the seat. In my case, the 2 power cable under the carpet were corroded and broken

Do you know which fuse it is? Accurate fuse box diagrams on this car are hard to find

No problem, glad it was helpful! Let me know what else you'd like to see for this car and I can borrow it again and make a video for you

If the power circuit probe doesn’t get the seat to move does it mean the motor is the problem?

Yes, that means the motor is bad. Make sure you have everything connected properly, but if you supply power correctly with the probe and it still doesn't move, then the motor is bad for sure. I'd suggest trying the same method on one of the other motors down there so you know for sure you are connecting it properly.

Important: If you switch the module it will need coding
