Awesome videos! I just have one thing to recommend. That's to install the timing cover before the cylinder head. You may run into sealing issues if not. You deserve more subscribers my friend.
I made the same mistake with the sealant for those gallery plugs. Used the white stuff that 50sKid did and stupidly put everything back together without checking if it had set. Sure enough, first drive and got a massive oil leak from the rear of the engine. Had to take the gearbox out a few times before I figured out what the culprit was. So far so good on blue thread locker. Still majorly concerned about the front one though. I get a nasty rattle for the first second at every cold start which quickly goes away and doesn't do it the second time around if you turn the engine off-on, but then comes back even if the car had been sitting for just 15 minutes. It more than likely is oil pressure related despite no warning lights. Seriously contemplating taking the oil pan and timing cover back off again and sealing it properly. Wish I watched this before putting the engine together...

Yep it's already leaking and I haven't even started it yet
Oh! And those gaskets supplied with your headers, they like to blow out. Definitely recommended to install OEM style, with or without heatshield.
Thanks again, I did wind up going with OEM gaskets, as you'll see in the next vids. I was worried the lack of heat shields would melt the valve cover.

Took it apart, including the plugs, and let it sit in a tank of hot water and simple green
