That looks so soft and creamy!
Looks gorgeous, so is it still warm when you whip it up, or do you let it cool down? I use Stephenson base but it’s a pain in the butt sometimes grainy sometimes much thinner…just not consistent so it would be nice to make one from scratch. 😍
I whip it warm, or like I said, I reheat it if it's the next day. It whips best when warm but not fluid.
