An Orchestral Tribute to MEGAMAN - Complete Game Soundtrack is a new style of video that I really enjoy making, featuring scenes from the game playing along the complete orchestral soundtrack written by Japanese Composer Manami Matsumae. My goal is to let you go through the game in a short time to triggers old memories while hearing all the games great music:)

Honestly some of the best remakes I’ve heard. You did justice to the boss theme, and even now around 2-3 years after hearing your cover of Cutman and therefore discovering your channel, it still has some of the most impressive covers I’ve heard being posted. Thank you for this and everything else you’ve done, in fact, you were the one who inspired me to start learning how to make orchestral music

@@vgmusicrevisited8668 even with the fact your main style is rock/metal, which I must say, you are one of the best rock/metal musicians in that regard, you are incredible at orchestrating and you’re one of the best at video game orchestrations, especially since a lot of your remakes are very similar to what I imagined in my head, of course, not identical (excluding the battle with a dangerous foe and the megaman 1 boss theme, which are identical to what I imagined) and that’s the thing a lot of creators tend to forget - capturing the same energy as the original.
Cutsman always had a wild west/ riding horseback sound to it from the first time I heard it. And this version really brings it to light in my opinion.

That wily boss theme... that is just SCARY good..
It started out slow, and it slowly increases until, like a faulty hose, it just BURSTS.
It feels like the Yellow Devil is closing in on Mega Man, attempting to crush him to death with the velocity and weight of each of the chunks of his amorphous body.
It instills fear and awe... truely, bravo!
only 415 likes? This is gold! I'd love to hear a couple of these on a MM re-release. Like if they did the Complete works completely and gave the other levels the remixed music.
Yes, that would be nice. It was disappointing they changed the music for some levels where a remix wasn't available...they should have just kept the original 8bit for those levels, IMO...especially Wily level 1.

Ah Mega Man 1. The game that started it all, The og robot masters & the classic Wily battle. And let's not forget, The soundtrack was amazing in that classic nes sound chip.

Great work! The main stage themes are always appreciated but the Dr. Wily stages from this 1st game don't get enough love; awesome to hear them get their due here. A satisfying musical journey from start to finish!

Megaman 1 music is like it was thought with orchestral instruments in mind! This cover is awesome!

I just hope someday we get to see Blues' Whistle Concert from Rockman 3 in your style. That is one of the most magnificent songs from mega man that we can't even hear completely in the original game
Excellent job as always! I always loved how Elecman is a note for note ripoff of Faithfully by Journey but no one cares. I'm loving these entire game tribute series. Mega Man X definitely had my favorite music in the series. It'd be awesome to hear that!
I just listened to Faithfully, you are right, the melody note pattern is the same, but since the chords and harmonic context is different, I guess it is not considered a copy:) still sounds like they got inspired by Journey for this one lol
The original composer for Megaman 1-3 claims she had never listened to Faithfully by Journey, and it makes her sad when people say her work is plagiarism. Whether or not you believe her is up to personal beliefs, but take that as you will.

Yeah, you may be right, I hate losing half of the screen space When I play but I could try to set up a canvas or something good looking to keep the original ratio for the video

They always want to do it "in ascending order". Either with toys, soundtracks, remakes.. And they end up doing only megaman 1 which is absolutely no epitome of a good game and the better ones are left out waiting. Same goes for toys, etc. Why making megaman 1?? Is not even good
@@cactuarrockman This is your opinion and it is fine. But a lot of people really loved this game, and it has great music also. I have done megaman 2 already, and I am slowly working on the other titles.
It is actually Mega Man 2 that seems to always be done - Mega Man 1 is left out as much as the other NES releases. Especially with the Wily Stage themes.
