Guys this is fantastic. I watched this, and listened to the PodCast. Congratulations, and will most certainly be buying the book. Some feedback on the audio volume though - it's really quite low, even when the volume is turned up high.

As usual an excellent episode!. You are absolutely right about step 1!! Please make a "shorts" of Ryan looking into the camera and talking to all the leaders! 😀 But I don't think you are right that it is more difficult to introduce lean in a rural area in Northern Ireland. People are basically quite the same, so if you just use the right methods to create a vibrant culture, you will succeed no matter where you are in the world. The most difficult thing that I see is when you can't gather all the employees to have a morning meeting. Because they work shifts, so those who work shifts can only join every 5 weeks, how do you create a vibrant culture then? That is my biggest problem to solve at the moment, as well as to get all the total commitment from all the leaders.... With kind regards from a "2% guy" trying to get the rest of the company to see the light! 🙂 Can't wait to order a copy.
