@@LSDeityhell yeah bro it really it is I’m not gonna lie when 76 first came I was hesitant af to get it and I would always bash on it because of the major hate it had but now since I’ve been seeing everyone talk about it I downloaded it, all I gotta say is holy crap it’s a lot of fun lmao the people are so chill, saw comments on RUclips saying that when you’re fresh out of the vault you’ll have a lot of online people waiting for you outside waiting to give you guns and armor but lol I just saw one random person running around when I walked out the donation boxes around vault 76 were full goodies(guns,armor,etc) and resources I’m assuming the random player placed all those items in there along with other people definitely a good community of players

I got my black titanium from belching Betty. Not to mention I was grabbing all the junk I found haha. Built the excavator as I was missing a t-45 left arm and leg and then as soon as I'd finished the excavator I found the last 45 suit parts I needed. Heck I nearly have all the 51 suit now too. And have 60 suit parts in storage ready.
I haven't played in 3 years and I'm getting back into it, im choosing the level 2 so I can make a stealth build correctly

The worst part of the pay to win is not having access to the scrap box. I really enjoy the game though and I've played it pretty regularly for years
@@Newftorious ok I've been playing for the last 3 hours and I do enjoy it a lot I already have like 18 legendarys that I've been scraping into a currency that I don't know what it is and played with a level 789 who just demolished everything but I have noticed a few things that require you to pay already which is not fun but its pretty good
@@NewftoriousFacts!!! Definitely limits the game to mostly adults, which is probably why the community is beyond friendly on there.
True as i lost my file didnt play for a couple years started on my sons old level 3 profile people were gifting me stims and materials nice people defs not like the cod community lol@LSDeity
What sucks is the quests i love the exploring and stuff killing monsters and humans but some quest are hard

If I've never played before and I plan to start with a fixed group of friends (only ever playing coop together) ... should we start at level 2 to experience the whole game more? And, is there any merit to team skill synergy? Like hacking, lockpicking, speech, etc. I can't tell if this is a "real" FO game where skills are critical.
You don't really miss out on anything by starting at level 20 in my opinion. There is no level cap so at a certain point you will have all the skills for any build and you don't skip any story. Lockpicking and hacking come in handy. Charisma is useful for getting better prices and it has some good perks for group play but it doesn't have much of an impact when talking to an npc

i never found shotguns all that powerful in 76 has somethin changed in last year or so?
They aren't the most powerful in the game but I'm just talking from a new player perspective. You can make a very good build for the combat shotgun for early game. Also the Gauss shotgun is very powerful endgame
What helmet is your character wearing in the intro?
It's part of the free states resistance outfit. You need to get it with atoms in the store. I don't believe it's in the store right now though

i started today on the microsoft version and it started without letting me choose special stats, wtf..
Probably a little late, but you start with all stats at 1 and build up from there when levelling. That's normal.

I think it was part of a season but I believe you can get it in the atomic shop sometimes

That is a good option but not for people that just wanna start at the begin and learn the game at a slower rate. You learn alot in your first 20 lvls

Combat shotgun is very good early game and the gauss shotgun is one of my favorite weapons at end game. Pepper shaker is pretty good too

@@matteogatti7132 There's poster outside the mining headquarters that should give a sidequest to go get the plans, but my questing marker/diamond is stuck on the poster and doesn't update when I go near it. Also can not press any prompt
@@griffmail5889 I'm just starting out and play w/pc, when i look at the poster i see and (E) press enter. After pressing E i got the quest prompt.

Fallout 76 has the shortest and boring storyline of all fallout games. Get to the wayward. And from there start up side quests.
And with no good tutorial that explaine how the game works, its like been blind in a minefield.

I started a 2nd character and I chose level 2, starting all over it's the best part
Restarted recently and decided to try the preset. Definitely leaves a lot to be desired.
