One of my favourite immersion mods is 1st person animation tweaks. It makes it so you hold your gun in a lowered position whilst idle/moving. Feels much more believable than the constant forward aiming.
That's one of my favorites as well and I actually forgot to download it for this playthrough. Thanks!

A more immersive, challenging playthrough you say? Look no further than "Fallout 4: Wasteland Survival". It's designed for survival mode, and I use it in conjunction with "Immersive Fallout" mentioned in this video. I put Wasteland Survival below thag in the load order.
I also use "Saving Survival Mode" to be able to save whenever because I was barely able to get out of the starting vault after several tries and I need to maintain some level of sanity out there in the wastes.

They broke the lethal headshot mod…If you use an headshot mod and a gore mod together,it will work only the mod in the bottom…is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for collecting working mod list for next gen update! I was so concerned that PS mods will break. But I guess we have been "lucky" in term of playstation being more protected system with own coding base so that changes on Xbox/pc don't break as much on ps5

After modding found my game to have worse FPS, so trying to only install ones that wont have that much of an impact on performance.
Hey! I have the problem that when I run the game stutters on my ps5. It’s always when the street is uneven and I walk through it. It’s like micro stutter - any fixes ?
Probably one of the mods you downloaded is causing a slow down in your frames per second. Tinker with a few of the really big ones turning them off and see if your framerate is better.

I just tried searching "saving survival mode" on bethesdanet, filtered for ps4 platform, and it's the first result...
