@@TheMattShea Yes, with research combos you can send rock to tank for every one of his hits, and since rock dies after it attacks, the surge won't happen. There are a bunch of yt videos on this. You have to be careful with your meatshields tho, since you'll need some for the scizoroos but if you send too many they'll trigger the surge.
Btw for the zombie cyclone+ starred alien stage you'll need snipers, Little leaguer and Housewife are both great for that. You shouldn't rush to destroy the barriers or all your cats will die when they run into the cyclone and the alien elephant.

The Thrillers(Zombie) will cause some problem though, they will likely block Rock Cat from getting to Kappy while they're unburrowing/reviving. Sniper the Deadeye (unit), Cyberpunk and Glass Cat can help prevent Kappy from gaining too much ground. I do recommend just watching Lucas's video on it because it's hard to explain what to do during the battle without making it sound complicated.

Yo Matt! I personally recommend evolving and using Headmaster Cat Jobs (if you haven't already), on difficult levels. He has surge attack and lowers enemies attack power to 1%. Personally my favorite cat from his usefulness!
He’s too sloooooow IMO and his bad survivability makes him kinda useless in late game. But I saw people use him in certain situations, for example against Okame. He’s very good for certain situations(and for xp ofc), I’ll give you that :)
And dont use him in the middle of the base cuz he will easily get killed so do it at the base and to perma weaken just use weaken combo M or L AND SPECIALLY DONT USE HIM ON LONG RANGE ENEMIES
Hey Matt! Congrats on getting slime cat! Also, I really recommend boosting Yukimura, with enough dedication, he becomes super strong, even better than Bahamut Cat. He can do more damage, has a much shorter cooldown, is faster, and costs about 33% less. And, with talents, he even gets a strengthen ability. He also has insane DPS against black, especially if you equip talent orbs. He was my main unit for the duel stages.
Hey Matt, for your anti-Zombie load out, I HIGHLY suggest you use shigong cat, or a least evolve sifu cat, because like Rover cat and aliens, Shigong cat can sometimes solo certain zombie levels bc of their resistance. Either wise, they are op. Just a tip!
Matt, you should definitely true form Wushu/Sifu. He’s like an anti-Zombie Ramen and will make the Outbreaks on EoC and ITF really straightforward to get through.

Also, I recommend true forming Sifu Cat to Shigon Cat (its in rare cats, you used it in the level showcased at 5:56) hes basically a ramen cat for zombies. He's a really good zombie meatshield with decent damage. I use him a lot in zombie outbreaks.

hey matt! kai is SUPER good, and can almost solo manic flying cat. its worth using catseyes on her because even when not fighting floating shes really good at tanking. She also does 154K damage at level 40 per hit

Hey Matt! Slime cat is really powerful as a really cheap way to do a ton of damage where his flaw is that he has really low HP. If you get your thunderbolt cannon up to a higher level, you can use it to open the way for Slime to safely get a hit on stages where he would otherwise not work. I hope you have as much fun with Slime Cat as I have!
Weird tip, but you can actually beat almost every chapter 1 and 2 zombie outbreak with just Sifu Cat. You can also do some of Chapter 3. I'm not saying its smart, but its fast and easy
Im very surprised that you did most of the stages by yourself (with some help) and made your own lineups, good job! as for zyclone: I think you need a rich cat for that since money is tight but it's basically stacking golf cats and using housewife on the ultra baabaas. cheerleader/waitress/soba cat is an extremely good critical hit user as for kapy: yeah that stage is hard going in blind and it requires a lot of timing on things. rock cat makes the stage easier but again, timing the rock is quite the hurdle as for queen bee: the lineup is questionable but good job on getting slime cat! slime cat's wave is extremely cracked against units but hes fragile so its meant to be a glass cannon. he can be used in kapy's stage (revenge too) since he clears the peons very nicely
Divine Kai is known as one of the best Tanker in the game. Due to her insane stats, she can be use as a general Tanker. With her talents allowing her to 100% Pierce Shield, she is ironically the best Anti Aku Uber currently despite not even targeting Aku lol. 90% of the current Anti Aku Uber right now can't even compete with her because they either can't pierce shield or can pierce shield but their stats are too low, they'll die before doing anything.

Cyclone stages: crowd control units are key in these stages (slow and freeze, but not knockback because it can cause mizli syndrome)! For the last stage against zyclone, use biobone and biohazard with housewife cat (to crowd control zyclone). Use ultra baa baa to stack as many of them as possible before they arrive. Ensure you have 1 kitty of liberty only. Bring golfer cat (second form works). This will be the unit you use for barrier breaking against le solar. Zyclone acts as a stepping stone to trigger golfer's attack to hit le solar behind and break his barrier. Zyclone also acts as stepping stone for housewife so that he can damage le solar also thanks to his LD after barrier is broken. At this point, spam ms and kitty of liberty even more. This is actually a strategy taken from the wiki and one of the only stages where golfer cat is useful. For bottom of the swamp, 2 strategies. First thing to know is that kappy is a guaranteed surge unless he misses his attack. This stage is a boost to win stage so boost your mid range attackers. 1. biohazard+biobone, cyberpunk(max slow talent), sniper the deadeye, manic eraser, eraser, cameraman(boost with max survive talent, get attack talent if you have extra np), pizza(max wave talent would be very helpful), macho crystal/tourist. Stall for max cash or as much as possible to stack your cyberpunks and sniper the deadeye. Bring sniper powerup also. Do not send in your cameraman or pizza to prevent killing the scizoroos. Use kimono champs research combo instead if you have it for the extra meatshield to stall more easily if you have trouble at the start. Once u eventually hit the base, do not spawn in meatshields anymore. Only spawn in sniper the deadeye, cyberpunk, cameraman, pizza and time your macho crystal to hit kappy. And now just spam to victory. 2. Biobone+biohazard+mini-sauras, boulder cat, cameraman, pizza, macho crystal, (insert surge immune unit here that outranges kappy). Surge immune units include jagando jr from completing aku realms or you can just use kasli, daughter of chaos. Starting is the same, stall for max cash, but this time with camera because of the lack of meatshields. Rich cat is preferred but do not use sniper powerup!!! Boulder has the cooldown of a meatshield thanks to the research combos. Time it such that boulder hits kappy right after kappy lands his hit such that he misses his attack and wont trigger the surge. Spam camera and pizza. Once u get ur timing right, just spam boulder. If you mess up timing, use macho crystal to reset and you can time boulder again. U can also use breakerblast. Do not bring in tourist as he will mess up boulder timing and destroy your stack of cameraman. If you happen to have a ranged surge immune unit, you do not need to time boulder as your surge immune unit can safely stand outside the range of kappy without getting hit. Spamming boulder is all u need to do.
If you haven’t completed bottom of the swamp, I would recommend you do that, as the unit you get is one of the the only 2 non-legend rares that deal insane damage

Matt, you should use manic island cat way more. It has great generalist stats, is even better against reds, and just think about manic island plus island for ultimate red extermination.
Matt, if you ever have trouble with Alien/Black enemies, use evolved Twinstars cat. I love to use her because of her massive damage against her indicated targets. She'll never let you down when you need to get rid of a group of aliens or blacks.
Boulder/Rock cat is the perfect staller for Kappy Jr. since it dissapears before Kappy Jr. attacks and does his surge. You don't need to worry about it dying either, it has hundreds of thousands of health(but god forbid it has suicide ability).
matt you should use luffalan it’s one of the best dmg cats and you don’t need to worry about ultra baa baa it goes through barriers or you can say it ignores it
Matt, LucasIV has a strategy for Kappy Jr. where you use Rocc Cat and it prevents all the surges. All you need is Rocc Cat and Cameraman Cat You were also supposed to send out Roe Cat everytime it went of cooldown

EoC outbreaks are very easy now and even tho it's slow it increases your energy cap by half if you complete 1 chapter! ItF outbreaks are pretty questionable but it's ok if you don't to ItF outbreaks. Pls do zombie outbreaks matt 🙏😊
yo mat, a great combo i found is cheating hearts and Kasa Jizo and/or ramen cat and/or any other similar cooldown cats, the combo makes it so they can be spawned as often as meatsheilds.

Hey Matt when your in changing your load out next to cat combo there is an upgrade button that will take you to the upgrade menu where you can level up your cats then when you hit the back arrow it will take you back to the equip menu
FINALLY!! Slime cat does 81k damage a hit including it's wave. 81k damage in one hit across the stage. I'm not sure if this is level 30 or 50, I forgot. Kai has 255k base health. With resist(4x less damage), she has 969k(or was it 966k?) health against floating Pai Pai(limited Uber on Red Busters) is a really good choice for dealing with Prof. A(the red ant eater).
It's true, but also it's not. Yes, 40.5k from the base attack and 40.5k from the wave equals 81k, but since it's single target, most of the time the base attack will be wasted on a small peon like doge, snache or those guys (or else he will die to your main target before even having a chance to attack), so the total amount of damage dealt will "only" be 40.5k. Don't get me wrong, that's still a crap ton of damage for a spammable unit that costs 450$, but it's not THAT much damage
Hey matt, for bottom of the swamp you should true form lasvoss (he is immune to surge and can do massive amounts of damage with savage hit) and also get surge immune talent on samba cat or you can also beat aku outbreaks to get jagando jr
I swear, Healer cat from the Merc Storia collab really helped on the 600c or less Zombie Cyclone since he can perma freeze anything that isn't a metal enemy. Also Matt, don't forget to have a Merry Christmas!

Fun fact: Psycho Cat has a target zombie and weaken talent which means you can slow and weaken zombies and aliens with just one unit

Tip: Gato Emigo can knockback everything with and without a trait (except for metal) you should really use it for Aku and Relic Stages!

For bottom of the swamp, 2 strategies. First thing to know is that kappy is a guaranteed surge unless he misses his attack. This stage is a boost to win stage so boost your mid range attackers.
1. biohazard+biobone, cyberpunk(max slow talent), sniper the deadeye, manic eraser, eraser, cameraman(boost with max survive talent, get attack talent if you have extra np), pizza(max wave talent would be very helpful), macho crystal/tourist. Stall for max cash or as much as possible to stack your cyberpunks and sniper the deadeye. Bring sniper powerup also. Do not send in your cameraman or pizza to prevent killing the scizoroos. Use kimono champs research combo instead if you have it for the extra meatshield to stall more easily if you have trouble at the start. Once u eventually hit the base, do not spawn in meatshields anymore. Only spawn in sniper the deadeye, cyberpunk, cameraman, pizza and time your macho crystal to hit kappy. And now just spam to victory.
2. Biobone+biohazard+mini-sauras, boulder cat, cameraman, pizza, macho crystal, (insert surge immune unit here that outranges kappy). Surge immune units include jagando jr from completing aku realms or you can just use kasli, daughter of chaos. Starting is the same, stall for max cash, but this time with camera because of the lack of meatshields. Rich cat is preferred but do not use sniper powerup!!! Boulder has the cooldown of a meatshield thanks to the research combos. Time it such that boulder hits kappy right after kappy lands his hit such that he misses his attack and wont trigger the surge. Spam camera and pizza. Once u get ur timing right, just spam boulder. If you mess up timing, use macho crystal to reset and you can time boulder again. U can also use breakerblast. Do not bring in tourist as he will mess up boulder timing and destroy your stack of cameraman. If you happen to have a ranged surge immune unit, you do not need to time boulder as your surge immune unit can safely stand outside the range of kappy without getting hit. Spamming boulder is all u need to do.

If you haven’t completed bottom of the swamp, I would recommend you do that, as the unit you get is one of the the only 2 non-legend rares that deal insane damage

Matt, you should use manic island cat way more. It has great generalist stats, is even better against reds, and just think about manic island plus island for ultimate red extermination.
Matt, if you ever have trouble with Alien/Black enemies, use evolved Twinstars cat. I love to use her because of her massive damage against her indicated targets. She'll never let you down when you need to get rid of a group of aliens or blacks.

Boulder/Rock cat is the perfect staller for Kappy Jr. since it dissapears before Kappy Jr. attacks and does his surge. You don't need to worry about it dying either, it has hundreds of thousands of health(but god forbid it has suicide ability).
matt you should use luffalan it’s one of the best dmg cats and you don’t need to worry about ultra baa baa it goes through barriers or you can say it ignores it

Matt, LucasIV has a strategy for Kappy Jr. where you use Rocc Cat and it prevents all the surges. All you need is Rocc Cat and Cameraman Cat

Hey matt! Since you've intensively levelled up all your anti-zombie cats, what abt playing the outbreaks? EoC outbreaks are very easy now and even tho it's slow it increases your energy cap by half if you complete 1 chapter! ItF outbreaks are pretty questionable but it's ok if you don't to ItF outbreaks. Pls do zombie outbreaks matt 🙏😊

yo mat, a great combo i found is cheating hearts and Kasa Jizo and/or ramen cat and/or any other similar cooldown cats, the combo makes it so they can be spawned as often as meatsheilds.

Hey Matt when your in changing your load out next to cat combo there is an upgrade button that will take you to the upgrade menu where you can level up your cats then when you hit the back arrow it will take you back to the equip menu
FINALLY!! Slime cat does 81k damage a hit including it's wave. 81k damage in one hit across the stage. I'm not sure if this is level 30 or 50, I forgot.
Kai has 255k base health. With resist(4x less damage), she has 969k(or was it 966k?) health against floating
Pai Pai(limited Uber on Red Busters) is a really good choice for dealing with Prof. A(the red ant eater).
Eva 02 is also a good counter against prof a i used him to beat ill be bug
At level 50, Slime cat does 81k damage. That's about as much damage as level 30 bahamut
It's true, but also it's not. Yes, 40.5k from the base attack and 40.5k from the wave equals 81k, but since it's single target, most of the time the base attack will be wasted on a small peon like doge, snache or those guys (or else he will die to your main target before even having a chance to attack), so the total amount of damage dealt will "only" be 40.5k. Don't get me wrong, that's still a crap ton of damage for a spammable unit that costs 450$, but it's not THAT much damage

I swear, Healer cat from the Merc Storia collab really helped on the 600c or less Zombie Cyclone since he can perma freeze anything that isn't a metal enemy. Also Matt, don't forget to have a Merry Christmas!

Matt the healer cat is op he guarantee freezes all enemies except metal I think if u have the cat combos for plus freeze the enemies can't move it's an area attack too
You gotta upgrade that freeze cannon. At max lvl it freezes for *5* seconds
Matt Cheerleader Cat is really good for dealing heavy nuke damage to metals u should level her up. She can one shot super metal hippoe (100%)
