hi from Malaysia, tried your recipe few days ago and it worked! I've failed several times before this, the meringues always turned out sticky and chewy, but with your recipe it stayed crispy for long time! Never thought of baking sugar before adding it to egg white mixture, thanks for sharing!

Wow! So much information I did not know. I never learned to flavor meringue! Thanks! Do you know if they add acid to enhance the aroma of the espresso powder the way they do in grocery store coffee? I am hoping that, since it is for bakers,they do not (it bothers my stomach).
Gershona Smith No, this one has totally different taste. No bitterness either. They add espresso powder to enhance chocolate flavor in chocolate cakes. This is food grade. Extremely high quality. 😍
