I had the same thing happen to me, I sent this lady some of my horses hair and she replied saying all these things that made no sense, such as her kidneys are down, her hip back shoulder etc was out of line, the things she told me that was wrong with her you'd think my horse would be dead, my horse was perfectly healthy, and I sent her hair just for fun. I didn't understand how she could find out these things without the roots of their hair. I'm glad I'm not the only person who has had this done!! Btw love your channel xxx ❤
EquestrianGal 16 Jill actually swears by them. She is doing a part two soon. She took Zoë off the supplements for a month and Zoë was having a hard time. Jill goes into depth on it in her Instagram. Jill is putting Zoë on them again.
Ik this is a super old comment but the root of a hair is good for DNA mapping but for any hair analysis I would think they would look at an entire hair as hairs retain chemical information of the animal as it grows. Now I have absolutely no clue how they could get the info they do. I do know that’s why you wouldn’t necessarily need the root.
Solutions can be hard to find. Keep at it, Zoe and you are such a nice team. There are ups and downs with all horses, but I can relate to this with my ottb especially. :) ❤️
I just went through the same struggle with a mare and it got to a point where I had to stop riding her because she was rearing so often. sadly we had to sell her...
This video has made my day! I've been struggling with my cob (who is more like a very hot headed thoroughbred) All he does is bolt of and it does my sweid in. I got to the point where the other day I said I'm not riding him I'm going to sell him, BUT if this works I might have a rideable horse that isn't anything like a spawn of satin. Thank you so much for making this video BUZZIN😜
Yo so this is over a year late but my horse and I are 3 hair analyses in and I freaking love Heather. I was cynical at first but MAN I swear she is a psychic. My horse has recently started having trouble getting and holding the correct lead and his back has been a bit sore. He has hock arthritis (which she also caught on to the first time around without my mentioning) so I thought it was just flaring up again. Turns out the first thing she asks me today is if he's having problems with his leads and if his back is sore. Apparently his kidney filtration needs help which is causing his sudden back soreness and his left front hoof is showing that it's not getting enough blood. Can't wait to get him feeling better. I would have never known about her if it weren't for this video/you sharing your experience, so thank you, Jill!!
So yesterday was my first time doing a cross country "corse" but my gelding was just not having it and he honestly puts more energy into trying to get out of work than it would take to just do the work. Does anyone have any suggestions to try and teach him to stop doing this and calm down?
Hard to perform well when you're hurting, for sure! I hope this gives Zoë some relief and in turn, you some better rides! I know that can't be fun. I am rooting for you! ☺
Do you think maybe the tail swishing could be due to that discomfort in the right hind and protecting her back? 😊 this was a really cool video, can't wait to see how things work out! ❤️
This is legit so informative, what a job Jill your honestly so great because of you now everyone can be like hey! Extra help for our babies thank you Jill 😊
I've been having that problem with my Chestnut Mare. She's been sassy for the last little while. Good luck with Zoe! :) I get to try to figure out what to do with Rayne. :)
I'm trying everything to make him more and more comfortable. We've changed coaches, agistments, feed, tack, riding styles, farriers, we've gotten his teeth done, and now we will be trying a new chiropractor. I just want him to be happy and comfortable😬 He's a lot better but still we have so many issues oh my gosh! I really get what you mean about it not being fun for horse and rider!
I'm not sure if this will help but my horse has a sore back as well, he gets chiropracted every 4-6 weeks and for shows we give him Robaxin (methocarbamol) it's a muscle relaxant that specifically targets their back muscles. It's legal for competition through USEF (I compete in A shows throughout zone 7 and have been selected for random drug testing and passed every time). It's something to ask your vet about because it has made a world of difference for my horse!!!
yes in some videos the music is very loud and the sound of your voice is so quiet, so i turned up the volume and when the music comes up it really screams at me :D
$25 is just for the analysis, each bag costs $60-$65.. but depending on what your horse needs, you would have to buy 2 bags or up to 5-6 bags.. and its more of a treatment plan.. not really supplements, so they're only on them for about a month to 2 months..
Ah thats insane - all that from hair?!
Convince me haha

Did you put your horse on the treatment program??

I'm trying to learn more about the basic care of horses if you have any resources for beginners just trying to learn more about them
I've been having that problem with my Chestnut Mare. She's been sassy for the last little while. Good luck with Zoe! :) I get to try to figure out what to do with Rayne. :)

Unbelievable! I'm sure Zöe will be sooo happy :) You're a great mummy!
If you turn on the subtitles, it says, "you need to have rare games, we have formed goblins right", at 4:18. :D
I want to try this, but I don't think I could afford the supplements :(
I done with my barrel horse and I love it
Ugh I feel your pain on bad rides at the moment aaaaarhh it's just terrible at the moment! We were going amazingly and now we're in a rut again 😅😅😅😅😅

Aww☺️ love you and Zo, such a great pair❤️
might just have to try this
Hey Jill! just wanted to tell you, my trainer did this with her mare (because she was VERY moody in the trailer) and I think its going well:)
yes in some videos the music is very loud and the sound of your voice is so quiet, so i turned up the volume and when the music comes up it really screams at me :D
Dude same I know all the words of the phone recording! Phone tag! So "fun"😂😫
Sounds really cool. I'll go check it out!
how much do the supplements cost? I know you have to send 25$ with the hair but is that all you pay?
Meri Jane Sayre I would say you pay for every supplement you get
The $25 will probably just be for the hair testing and information she provides

that's how all my phone calls go!! soooo annoying
