A charity rented an old building here in canada for space. They put up signs saying they were going to make it a temporary homeless shelter and gave people papers to call for information! within 24 hours the machines were flooded with city tenants and city officials saying the planning isn't right. They are disgusted an scared, They don't want these people in their city. I was very upset. The not even about 10mins later I found this video. I volunteer at the homeless part time and cook for them in the kitchen as well as cleaning up. Im happy to see others doing the same.
If all millionaires were like Gary and Ryan, with the same compassionate understanding of real issues, then people would have a chance to regain their dignity and piece their lives back together, and homelessness would cease to exist.
