Hi there, thank you for these great instructions, however I'm having a bit of trouble. I am trying to add the titles (names) of each questions in the body of the email to match to the dynamic value, however when I go to try to search for the dynamic value, I keep getting "There are no results for your search" . I must have missed a step in connecting my form. please help

Hello, this work perfectly, but for some reason when I add multiple files, I receive multiple emails, is there a reason for this? Like if I upload 3 attachment's, I will get 3 emails. One with one attachment, the second with 2 attachments, and the third with 3 attachments.

Hi this is very helpful. Does this also work for group forms? How about if there are two uploads on the form, one for documents and one for pictures?

if there is multiple attachment it can for you but if there is two different forms then you will have check for it, i doubt you can manage it in one flow.

can the email sent from responder's email? not from form's owner email.

You can add a condition if there is no attachment then exit from the flow
