Mixed message. At one point, it says to keep your meds in the original packaging (which is what I'm reading/seeing elsewhere). Then later in the video, the doctor they're interviewing recommends using a pill organizer, which means taking your meds out of the original packaging.
Ive travel a lot, including twice around the world and I normally pack my meds in the two carry ons bags, the same aamount, plus a week extra, even I sulin, needles and alcohol pads. Be aware that in some Middle East countries, especially the UAE, even presentation medications are illegal, unless properly labeled and with doctor's note. Great video.

Yeah. I’ve been caught out with delayed then cancelled flights. I needed two extra days of medications!
